Much of my negativity is due to the lead waiter upstairs who ruined what could have been a decent experience. The seafood was decent but nothing special. My sense is that unless you are Chilean, youre not welcome here. Unfortunate, given how nice everyone is in the rest of this quaint seaside town.

My husband and I stayed at the small boutique Winery Hotel(which was a hidden gem) we had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel . Wonderful staff, tasty food!

We had two great lunches in this large restaurant set on the cliffs looking out to the Pacific and along the bay to Pablo Neruda's house. The menu was very interesting with lots of local flavour and a good local wine list to complement. The staff were friendly and efficient and some spoke good English which was very useful. If in this area, make an effort to visit
Located Directly in front of the beach in Punta de Tralca, less than a mile away from Isla Negra and the house-museum of Pablo Neruda´s, our place welcomes you to enjoy delicious shrimp and vegeterian wraps, Nutella waffles, and a wide variety of hot choc

I had mixed expectations because of the mixed reviews BUT we loved this place! We arrived a bit late for lunch at ~15:00, but they were very friendly and welcoming. Thanks to this the restaurant just had a few tables to attend still, and so we had the ocean-view patio almost to ourselves. We all ordered fish and had a great meal. It was fresh and tasty. All in all a great experience, we'll be back for sure!

We had a very tasty family dinner on a wet and windy Sunday evening. I went for the special offer which included a Pisco Sour, starter, glass of wine, main course and sweet. Everything was very tasty. The best meal that we’ve had in many months.

Have a relaxing morning coffee on the deck overlooking the beach. The coffee is good and service is good. Prices tend to be on the high side. Oh, but the view...
