Great food and great people working there. The hot dogs and chips are excellent and are reasonably priced. This goes great with the Woodright beers!

The setting is beautiful and the staff is as friendly as you would expect French to be. My wife had the muffin which she said was dry. I had the egg, cheese and bacon sandwich. Underwhelmed and fairly tasteless. They serve 20 different types of teas but surprisingly not Earl Grey. Oh well.

Enjoyed everything we ordered. Looking forward to going back to Dunedin and eating here. We sat outside which was nice despite the noise from the gigantic fan they had next to us and the music on the other side of the patio was way too loud for such a small patio area. We were on a date night and wanted to be able to talk and hear each other. Service was good and waitress was very friendly. Recommend it highly!

We stopped in for brunch. The brunch menu is a little small, but luckily we wanted breakfast. I asked to build my own omelet since there were items in both that I didn't want. Our waitress was nice, friendly, and helpful. She checked with the chef to make sure all of the ingredients in the omelet were gluten free as well as the grits. I liked the decor and livingroom furniture in the restaurant as well. The breakfast items were good and the omelets and grits were great. I would return to try the regular menu. Cheapneats, easy parking, and on Main Street so you can walk around downtown after eating.

This restaurant is in a lovely waterfront spot in Dunedin. The view is excellent. The food is only average. I had the grilled chicken salad, which was adequate. You couldnât really taste the lemon in the dressing at all. Another person in our party had the Greek salad, which was very attractively presented. My son had the grouper sandwich, which he felt was soggy and my husband had a burger, which was overcooked. They also had no barbecue sauce for the burger. Our waiter was nice enough, but there are better places to eat in Dunedin, so I would not rush back here.Thank you for your recent visit and review. We are sorry to learn that your experience was less then perfect. We always like to encourage our guests to let us know at the time of visit if anything was amiss, this way we have an opportunity rectify anything on the spot if possible. We hope to see again in the near future.kind regardsChristianManager / Bon Appetit

We went here for lunch and brunch. Delicious food and friendly service. The restaurant was clean and bright. We both had fish dishes, and the fish was VERY fresh and prepared well. They have a small dessert option that was like a chocolate mousse. It was very yummy!Dear Connie P,Thank you for taking the time and giving us a review of your most recent visit to Cafe Alfresco. We are pleased that everything was enjoyable from start to finish. Anytime you're back in the area, know our door is always open for a fulfilling meal!Sincerely,Shardai Chaput
