This is a new Brewy in Colorado spring and in my opinion its the best!!!
We had so much fun here. Stopped in for lunch and could not have been happier with our choice. Stafff is super friendly and helpful. Food choices were huge, I needed help to decide which vegetarian option to try since they had so many and they all looked amazing. They were helpful and friendly and made us feel so at home. So many great beers to try also. We had a blast. Only wish we could have stayed longer or visited again during our trip. I ended up getting the veg tacos and my husband got (actual) wings and it was all delish!

Birthday dinner for the hubby. Recommended by a CO Springs local. Attention to every detail by owner and servers. Server guided us through menu with confidence. Food was excellent. Not an inexpensive place. Be prepared to spend but worth every cent. Carlos is fantastic as is his staff

Come have an experience! A delightfully prepared, fresh, creative tea menu served in a castle! Don a tea hat and relax in an 1890's environment. Our lunch menu has something for everyone from vegetarian delights to a full BLT with maple bacon and pesto. H
Enjoyed the salads and sandwiches, and lots of hot tea and iced tea choices. Servings are small but plated nicely. Kids menu included chicken nuggets, P&B sandwich, etc. Cute little desserts in small servings. Super nice older gentleman handling the whole room of 6-7 tables and the door by himself. Service was nice but did take a long time, we were ready to get going and took dessert to go. Worth going once, but make a reservation as walk-ins may not be taken.

Kitchen is open so u can see everything going on - gives confidence that they are proud of what they are doing back there. Looks like Chip and Joannna Gaines just redecorated the place

A Fine French Restaurant Inspired By Classic European Bistros Combined With A World Class Bakery in Colorado Springs!
Stopped in for a late lunch, busy, however service was very good. The Mushroom soup was excellent, as was Quiche lorraine, we finished off with the strawberry cake which was light and fresh.Impressed with everything about Marigold Cafe, good food, good service at a fair price.

Locally sourced produce, beef and bakery. Our meat is ground in-house with a flavor of international borders.
The service was ok. Tables around us threatened to leave due to food taking to long. They have specialty burgers so are good if you like getting creative with your toppings. We sat outside which was good but all the umbrellas overlap each other and you have to watch yourself to not run into them. It would also be hard for a wheelchair to get around as closely packed in as they are.

The Cliff House Dining Room has gained national renown as one of Coloradoâs premier dining destinations. We are proud recipients of the distinguished DiRoNa Award and the 4 Diamond Award in Fine Dining from AAA.
I generally donât eat where I sleep on the theory that hotel restaurants have a built-in clientele that doesnât require them to compete for customers with their food or service. I ate breakfast at the hotel because it was included in the room rate. It included a pretty nice hot and cold buffet, but was missing an omelet station. For convenience, we also ate lunch there one afternoon and dinner there one night. The wine list was impressive. The food was good but not memorable. The luncheon soups were better than the salads. All in all, good food and good service.
