Reviews on International food in Cala Santanyi, Spain including Restaurant Goli, Retroway, Es Celler 9, Yaya's Cala D' Or, The Little Tavern, Restaurante Gadus, Lola Mallorca, Tony's Bar Restaurante, S'Ancora, Die Jungle Bar
We were in Cala Figuera for two weeks and visited twice. There are not many bars in the village so we could have visited a lot more if the service the first time had been better. The very pretty girl who owns the business on the first night turned down the opportunity to make 10 cocktails as she was on her own. The bar didn't seem particularly busy. We ended up with much cheaper drinks.Towards the end of our holiday we popped in again early evening and had our cocktails and complimentary ham tapas. The bar has a large TV screen on the wall but I don't know what they watch on it as the theme would appear to be more relaxing that football. The garden to the rear is really lovely with hammocks and an Egyptian type feel. I can't think of the correct work to describe it. But really relaxing. So had we any more time we would have visited again. We found the local German business owners took a little time to warm to strangers and with only two weeks holiday we spent our money in the Spanish owned places. There may be a language barrier but more smiles would help.

We decided to have dinner here at the last minute and we werenât disappointed. The service was really good and location overlooking the marina just perfect. The meals were good although I wouldnât say they were exceptional. This may sound critical but I do believe justified.

Lola is the first real Spanish gastrobar in Cala d'Or with a quirky touch. A beachbar located in the centre of the town. The friendly and welcoming team at Lola will ensure you feel at home and you can see their passion for the food and drinks they serve!
We have visited a few times during our stay in Cala Dâor and and we have enjoyed each time. The staff are very friendly and look like they are having lots of fun serving you and working! We sampled some of the tapas which was great and really reasonably priced. The cocktails are also fab!Open late & I would Highly recommend a visit!

We've been before and we've been back. You will note the reviews here are largely Excellent for good reason. The food is superb. We go for the food, definitely not for that Jamie character...I mean, really...what does he know about food and wine? OK, I'm joking, the man is amazing. I hate to admit it, but he's the life and soul of the evening for us and all the other diners. Without Jamie, this place may well be ignored by most people despite the brilliant food. This time around I had the venison as a Special, and trust me here, it really was. My wife has a new favourite with the house meatballs with the saute potatoes. I'll try and include a stupid photo of the man himself with my best mate. Gormless, the pair of them!

Lovely little bar inbetween many restaurants on the main strip. All staff very polite and ready to serve you. Food also good in here, sky sports also on. Great place to just sit and people watch and enjoy your favourite drink. Well worth a visit.

My family (and couples) went to Mallorca for a week and dined at a few good restaurants, but this was our fav. Itâs a beautiful setting, and reasonably priced compared to some other local restaurants, and the beef teriyaki was a standout fav. Best of all, however, was the service. Every member of staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Simos, our waiter, deserves a special mention. What an excellent human being and great asset to the restaurant - helpful, personable and hilarious - he deserves every accolade that comes his way.Highly recommend.

So my partner and I stumbled across this restaurant through tripadvisor and turned up on a Monday evening. Staff are really friendly and showed us to a nice table near the entrance but outside. We ordered garlic prawns and calamari to start - both were amazing and tasted really fresh. For main we had mixed meat and seafood paella - wow this was amazing and such a big portion! The mussels and lobster in the paella melted in your mouth and just everything about it was so good. We shared a bottle of wine (photo attached) which wasnât on the wine list but the waitress kindly offered it as I said I like a sweet wine.

Our foos is real, we like the proximity product and a fair and responsible trade in full measure. Our menu is seasonal, fresh, unprocessed, without conservatives, additives or added sugar. We believe in the ability of eating all types of food without obse
This new restaurant hides its light under a bushel. What appears to be an 'ethical' café, which markets itself as a 'gluten-free, 0 Km, healthy' restaurant, suitable for vegans, vegetarians and omnivores, is really a very high-end restaurant. The owner/chef has spent time in highly rated kitchens around the world, with all his experience gained evident on a highly creative menu, filled with original ideas.I would normally run a mile from any eatery that markets itself as a gluten-free cafe, or any such trendy description. But we went here on the recommendation of friends who have dined in some of the world's best restaurants. Open barely a month, the slightly spartan, homespun appearance belies its genuine gastronomy. The fact that Retroway is 100% gluten-free may be part of their selling proposition but to non-coeliacs like us, this is completely irrelevant. However, the fact that everything on the menu is market-bought and sourced locally, grown organically and of the highest quality is very relevant and it shows. The menu is complemented with a large specials offering, full of original and delicious ideas. We were blown away and we'll be back.woow thank you very much for your words and to take your time to write this review for us. We are glad that you enjoyed at Retroway. Next time we will try to impress you again, this is our best present!Thank you again!Regards!

A staff member at our hotel told us about this restaurant - he was born in this town. There is a huge market every Wednesday and Saturday, with good quality items. When the market closes at 1300, head to this restaurant. Its a lively, pleasant place with interesting decorations and run by very nice staff. The menu offers a good range of items though it is dominated by pancakes and salads. They come with many different options and we thoroughly enjoyed ours.
