I came here with 2 working friends. The atmosphere is great! The waitress was nice however the food was just ok to me. I had the New York steak which was just ok to me. The mashed/potato baked potato actually didn't taste fresh! I asked for bread because apparently they don't serve any bread at the beginning of the meal. It wasn't bread, it was actually toasted baguette for a price with no butter! I wasn't impressed! The beets in the dish tasted really bad. I didn't say anything because is was work friends and I didn't want to seem rude. Overall and ok experience for me.

Generally the dishes are are Chinese cuisine with some Japanese sushi and sashimi and a couple of Thai dishes. Spread over a big hall, the choices seem unlimited. On the downside, the dishes are not well presented and seem to have prepared by a harried cook. The attendants are of not much help either as they can only speak Mandarin.Roy, who seemed to be the maitre dâ, was helpful though. As this is a buffet place, waiters are limited to delivering you the drinks. The wine list is, as expected for this kind of place, modest. And before I forget, they have a very nice ice cream corner.

Mandarin was a good choice for reasonable fare in previous years. The prices keep going up but the food quality is only average. It's an odd combination of food. Everything for everybody but none of it stands out. The Chinese food is not great quality - American Chinese. If you want real Chinese food look elsewhere. They have sushi but its hardly Japanese. The have Prime Rib but it's nowhere near the Keg or other similar restaurants. They have pizza but frozen pizza from the supermarket is better. It was disappointing.

This fine dining destination offers a refined locale & wine cella for couples, business groups or families. Located on a beautiful large property which is excellent for wedding parties as well. Our company held a business dinner here and we were not disappointed. Whats unique about Terrace on the Green is that it offers a variety of dining rooms, meeting rooms so your group can have its privacy. I had the New York Strip with mashed potatoes and broccoli. Very nice with a glass of their Chilean house red wine.
