At Earth & Vine, our philosophy is simple. We want our dishes to be the best expression of the wonderful ingredients that we find right here on this Island. Weâve forged great relationships with some of Irelandâs best artisan producers and are proud to ca
This is the second time we've visited this restaurant. We had the wine and dine package which was excellent value. We opted for the fillet steak at an additional cost of â¬8 and it was very tender and cooked as we wanted. Our only criticism was the chocolate fondant which was overcooked and more like a cake than a molten chocolate dessert. Overall very good.

As I was staying in a part of Dublin I wasn't familiar with, I walked up and down peering into each pub and restaurant and eventually decided on this one. I was pleasantly surprised when I went inside. Unlike other such places, this one is steeped in history, not only from the history of the pub itself but of many things therein with historic connections elsewhere. Such as a staircase which used to be in Trinity University in Dublin and many original Guinness advertisements from way back. The food and drink were excellent as were the staff. Whilst I was there, a large group of American tourists were also present. Luckily for me, one of the staff gave them a very interesting talk which I listened into for free. He then invited them to go wherever they wanted, even behind the bar, for photo opportunities.I will definitely go again when I am in that part of town.

Stopped in a couple of times while wandering around the Guinness brewery area, decent choice of beers and a great place to people watch. Staff very pleasant and music upstairs on certain nights, food looked good although we were only interested in beers. A good place to spend an hour or two

Healthy food prepared in store. All soups/ stews gluten free. Gluten free desserts too. Wholesale soup supplier.
My wife and I stumbled upon this place while walking around Dublin. What a gem! The soups are absolutely amazing and filling. The bread on the side was fresh and tasty. The service is top notch - it's busy but they keep the line moving. Highly recommended!

As a visitor to Dublin it is always good to be taken by a colleague to one of their favourite restaurants and Sparks proved a great choice. Close to the office we will definitely come again! I had a perfectly cooked salmon steak with asparagus wrapped in serano ham, cream sauce, crushed potatoes and mushrooms with onions. Divine. The fish could not have been better prepared and the flavours were perfectly balanced. Compliments to the chef for creativity and presentation. The place had a modern bistro vibe and the staff were really friendly and rightly proud of their cuisine and wines.Hi John,Thank you for this fabulous review, really appreciate your kindness to describe your dinning experience @ Sparks. It's great to hear that you enjoyed our salmon dish and you had a great time with us. Looking forward to see you on your next visit to Dublin.Kind regards,Sparks Team

Service was great. Very friendly but professional at the same time. Love the decor and the ambiance. Food was beautiful. I had the snails and bone marrow to start, pig belly for main and their take on a brunch for dessert. No need to order sides, I have a big appetite and I could just about finish my meal, the portions look small but believe me youâll be stuffed. We will definitely be back!

We decided to visit Wuff out of curiosity. We are so sorry we did. We arrived at 7.20 for a 7.30 reservation..we placed our order for wine and food fairly promptly. By 8.10 there was no sign of our food..3 couples who arrived after us received their food within a few minutes..we were not happy. When the wine arrived we noticed that the vintage served to us was 2017...the menu stated 2016...there is a huge difference between these 2 vintages on this particular wine. When the food finally arrived I can only describe the vegetables as sludge...the steak was full of gristle and very tough. We complained about the wine and food to the waitress but absolutely no response from manager. My partner ordered creme brulee for dessert...if you can imagine a bowl suitable for feeding a dog filled with a solid mass of a tar like white substance...yuck..inedible. That was Friday night...we both woke up on Saturday morning with our tummies talking to each other..very unwell.Do not waste your time or money visiting this place.

The restaurant is attractively laid out over several floors. We were seated in a lovely room at the top floor. The staff obviously take pride in the excellent service they deliver . An interesting menu was offered and what we ordered was beautifully presented . I had perfectly cooked monkfish. The accompanying mash was nice but not outstanding and an additional vegetable would have been welcome. The overall ambiance is relaxing and thereâs a palpable sense of hospitality. Would happily return if in the area again.
