The ambiance on the deck of the view was scenic and breathtaking. The coziness of being among friends in front of the beautiful Caribbean sea, and the friendliness and professional service of the View's staff made our experience one to always savor. The food was very delicious and well prepared, we were amazed at how huge the portions were, trust me if it is value for dollar you are looking for The View is the place to visit when you are in Belize City.

My first stop here was to buy local candles, as this is an outlet for The Candle Shop. BUT one look into their display case and I had to try something. Seeing as I can't resist brownies, ever, i tried one and it. was. good! I'll be back when my sweet tooth needs something. Places like this ensure my distant thought of learning to bake never becomes more than that :)

This restaurant is just up the stairs from ticketing and makes some pretty tasty pre-departure food in an air conditioned setting. The staff are a little cranky, but cut them a break and show them some appreciation. They do good work and need some support. We will visits there again when we return!

I stayed at the Biltmore for 3 nights for a conference and the service was disappointing. My room was nice and clean but it had a weird smell. Our meals (lunch, breakfast, dinner) were preordered by the conference. Lunch was alright and I never had breakfast but dinner is where everything went south, every night. Every night we came down to the restaurant for dinner, and waited over an hour to get service. None of the staff new what they were serving us. And people will come in after us and eat a full meal before we even get some water. On the last night, it had gotten ridiculous and we decided to leave the restaurant after waiting for over an hour and they brought us dinner in small saucer plates. That same night persons outside of our group were seated and served within ten minutes. We got some wings at Moe's across the street from the Biltmore and it was more delicious than anything we had the Biltmore. The next day at our conference the manager came in to "apologize" and brought in the executive chef to take the blame. We explained to him that the service was discriminatory and we felt that our race and black skin was a factor as to why we were treated like this at dinner time. He offered to refund us for the money we spent on dinner that night. While my Canadian colleague was able to get her refund, I wasn't able to get one from the hotel when the conference coordinator asked on my behalf the next day; and she had to refund me from her own pocket after the Manager backed down on his word. Overall, that experience ruined it for me for the Biltmore and I will not be returning there. Our server Shantay, who works in the restaurant did her best to make the experience better and if it was not for her, we would have probably walked out from the first night!
Some of the best meals anywhere. Food was well prepared and the wait staff very friendly. The setting was most unique.

It was in a good location, it wasn't busy. We booked for 20 of us 2 days in advance. When we comes in they send us to a room upstairs. we all order our starters and mains together. I orderâ Fulfil and fish. Some of us waited more than 2 and half hours for our starters to come in and some were already finished with there main by then. I decided to skip starters and go to main to save time. Even after 3 and half hour my main never came in everyone one finished there main and they were waiting for me I was waiting for my fish. Finally I decided to cancel the order because I don't wanted to hold everyone until I finish my main and god knows how long this going to take. I had to go back hungry. This place have the worst customer service all this time not a single person came upstairs to see how doing or no one bother to apologise. This is far the worst restaurant experience I ever had.Thank you for your response and feed back .. sorry Iâve just come around to address this issue. We walked across the street from the condo we were staying at. Leslie was our waitress and was very friendly and helpful. The food was great, I had the Brazilian Moqueca, my friends had the sea bass and deep dish lasagna.Would definitely go back.
