We stopped for lunch following our tour of the Wildlife Sanctuary. It has a spectacular view and the food was very tasty too. Staff were friendly....a bit more expensive than other places we had eaten but it was worth it!!! Be sure to check it out!
Casado 3500 colonos and natural juices for 1300 colonos. Consider there is a 10% extra for the service. Close to the national park entrance.

Las Velas Restaurant reflects our passion for local, simple, tasty and freshly prepared meals. We strive to use where possible, organic, seasonal, locally sourced produce. This includes free range chicken, responsibly caught seafood, grass-fed pasture bee
From fresh fruit to fresh fish this lovely restaurant does breakfast, lunch and dinner well. I had snapper the night I arrived and it was so fresh I suspect it was caught that day. The owner, Thomas, greeted me and proved to be a very reliable source of information on wildlife and exciting adventure available in the area. You just don't find this personal attention in most places.

The best ambience in Uvita, in the Southern Pacific Costa Rica. It's a ranch style restaurant, no doors, spacious, ideal for groups, families and tourist alike. International couisine and typical Costa Rica food.
We randomly picked Marino Ballena Restaurant because we were hungry and tired after several hours on the beach and in the ocean and it was near. We had no expectations. We were greeted by the very lovely and gracious Jessica who instantly made us feel as though she had been eagerly waiting for us to arrive. Not only were there 7 of us and a very vocal baby but we arrived when they were just about finished serving lunch. No matter. Jessica happily took all our orders, quirks and all, and remembered where each exception to the menu was to be delivered. The food was delicious and Jessica never lost her charm.

Mosaic is a wine bar, cafe and sushi restaurant in Uvita serving over 40 wines, craft cocktails, quality coffee drinks, yummy paninis, cheese + charcuterie boards, gourmet salads, fresh sushi and Japanese fusion cuisine. We also have vegan and vegetarian
We stopped into Mosaic for Sunday brunch and just WOW. Guest chef Martin had some incredible tapas menu options that were next level. We ended up ordering tomato garlic toast, eggs benny, and this crazy delicious Indian dish that was next level. In addition, his Indian ice cream and berry clafoutis were outstanding. We've done dinners here before but never brunch. I definitely recommend visiting Mosaic on Sunday, especially if Martin is the one cooking your meal.

I had read reviews that the restaurant offered vegan options but I messaged to confirm. Cindy took the time to send me via message every option available to me. She made us feel so welcome upon our arrival. The food was delicious, atmosphere perfect! From the avocado hummus to the homemade chickpea patties, everything was tasty and filling. The prices were very reasonable and Cindy worked her butt off, handling all of the restaurant diners' needs both pleasantly and expeditiously!!!Awww thanks so very very much !!! I'm glad you both felt welcome and comfortable at Los Laureles that is what we are looking for along with fresh food that gets prepared with love for you to enjoy, very thankful for recommending our place looking forward to se you soon, thanks
