Natural Food made from scratch, included daily Artisan Bread. They make their own Ham, smoked Bacon, their own Cheese etc. No soft drinks only fresh juices. Every week there are new Specials on the menu, fresh from the Markets. All the dishes are based on
Amazing food and splendid service. The best salads around too! They also have fresh bread and a lovely selection of organic or local ingredients for your pantry. The owner is a very welcoming Dutch chef who works closely with his wife in the kitchen. The place will be even more fun to go to after the new Ayala mall opens sometime in 2018 since this resto is just across the mall.

We stopped in during a recent trip to Bacolod. There are bakeries in the city with more advertising, but Pendy's is one of if not the best when it comes to local pastries. We picked up napoleones, piaya, and the famous halfmoon. None of the three disappointed. The staff was friendly and helpful as it was our first time there. They take credit card. The store is conveniently located on Lacson, which is the main road in the middle of Bacolod, making it easy to stop off on the way to the airport to bring back home.

The restaurant officially opened its doors to the public on May of 2000. One good reason why it came to be was simply to share great Italian cooking to everyone. This was the reason why Italia opened a decade ago, without a menu and no plans nor professio
I just love their pizza - Crunchy crust, fresh mozzarella, all the grrat tasting energy packed meat of sausage, ham, and bacon called the godfather pizza. What is to die for is their Farfalle al Fungi in Truffle cream sauce. It is so flavorful, down to the last drop of sauce... I just keep coming back for this pasta. Simply Delicioso!
Finally a restaurant that has a fun and well thought out menu in Bacolod. The interior is clean and bright with an open kitchen. The staff are very attentive and courteous. Foodwise, we had a couple of hits and misses but it's so refreshing to see food that the chefs seem to have fun preparing. They have classic dishes that everyone is familiar with but presented in new ways. The portions are also quite generous. They look tiny on the oversized plates, but they fill you up.First impression was great. Hope to come back to try new things.Only downside is their parking is quite limited.
