Everything at this restaurant was praiseworthy, from the room, to the food, the wine, and especially the service, as nine English speakers (and one Italian referee) undoubtedly tested our server's patience with our barrage of questions, our requests for off-menu items, and changing the order of our courses. Elegant might be the best way to describe it all. The dishes were all beautifully presented, and the flavours complex and delicious. Desserts were superb too. We had breakfast and dinner at this restaurant in hotel Romantic during our stay.Breakfast was good. Several choices and well preparered.Coffee could be better. Dinner was made for our Group of fifty persons. Three courses was served. Good prepared and well served. But not more than average meal. The waiters did a very good job.

We came here for our 20th wedding anniversary dinner, the setting is lovely. We ordered a nice bottle of white wine and a pizza and sea bass with sautéed potatoes and a salad. All food was delicious, the only thing I would say is the staff were miserable and unfriendly

Have to say from the reviews I had read about this place I had to give it a try. Was very busy the night I was there. Food was good but not the best pizza I had in Bardolino. It is located away from the main street which is nice if you want to get away from the main strip. Food was nice, service was average

Roberto is helpful and corteous; he welcomes you as a real host and indicates you his simple dishes with his wine selection. Fondue selection is perfect, and it really depends on your tastes. Wine list is interesting because the choice is among small wine producers which offer peculiar flavors matching perfectly the food selection.

Expect very good traditional dishes in a very local atmosphere. There is no lake view and its not particularly "nice" either, but the service is good and food great. Simple fish and meat dishes, along with great pasta. Go there for the more "local" experience!
