We at Kopeo Indian Restaurant & Bar,tend to serve authentic Indian cuisine with a plan to upgrade ourselves very soon to add up with Malaysian and Thai cuisines together with our already existing authentic Indian dishes. Our New Menus coming soon with all
The owners here work very hard at improving their business. The food is always delicious and never disappoints. A little TLC in the restaurant especially around the bar and kitchen entrance might just improve the overall ambience. That aside it is the authentic food we come for. Great place.

Chicken tika can be over cooked and dry, this was perfect being moist and full of flavour. Service was friendly and we found the lunch menu to be very reasonably priced. Our mains were equally impressive, thanks Spice Junction and keep up the good work!

This was our last night out in the lovely resort town of Whakatane, which has retained its charm despite its inevitable expansion and proximity to some of New Zealand's most beautiful beaches at Ohope. The Babinka was situated on the roundabout at the junction of the Strand and Kakaoroa Drive, and was bathed in early evening sunshine as the sun retreated to the north over Mt. Edgecumbe. We were taken aback on entering as there were few tables left, and this was only 6.30pm. We were invited to sit outside, enjoy a drink and check out the menu. Served by Asanka, we ate through Scalente, S.O.D, followed by and excellent fillet steak and a seafood-based pasta enlivened by a well-judged chilli addition, just enough to give a little heat;not enough to strangle the palate. Good tucker and reasonable too.

Valentines and i was craving Indi an Food..Popsies was our choice. Made a reservation arrived on time and was greeted with no enthusiasm. Greeter didnt offer seating just basically stared into space..as i got no response i said could we sit outside..he looked confused and said ok. We sat outside for 20 minutes..no one came out to take orders for drinks or food. I had to get up and go to the bar to ask for service. I was rudely looked at by a waitress who looked miserable and was unapologetic ( if ur having a bad day dont Take it out on the customer) 10 minutes later she comes takes our order..no smile..nothing..no apologies..nothing...so basiclaly a total of 1/2 hour to get service. Ordered our food and drinks. Food arrived timely after that...there food is excellent..but there service SUCKS.Only one waiter and one waitress for a busy night as Valentines..and the fact that there a very popular takeaway also. Seemed like they cared more about there takeaway customers then in house customers. The waiter was apologetic but at that point i decided ill never come back good food or not. They need to decide whether its more profitable to make it takeaway only or keep it strictly a restaurant.
