An extensive menu which includes goat meat. That demonstrates authentic Indian cooking. Goat curry is exceptionally good - tastes better than lamb and more tender.They provide a takeaway service as well as restaurant. Pays to book as they get very busy. Again a sign of great food. 8/10 for the food and service.

Hands down best curry around Tauranga, only downside is the wait.Multiple times have been in and told "X" amount of time, only to have it doubled so have had to go and come back etc.Worth the wait when it's not over an hour and friendly staff always nice to talk to and deal withThank you for sharing your good experience and giving your lovely and supportive comments and taking your precious time for us.For a time we trying our best to give meals on time so that it would not happen again. We ordered online and drove down to collect. food was ready exactly when we asked for, staff were friendly and the dishes were all delicious. Prawns were ever so slightly overcooked but I feel if we had eaten in the restaurant that wouldn't have been the case. Will certainly be back for more.

It was a cold and dark Tauranga night and my wife and I wanted some Indian comfort food and we certainly got it from Talk of India. The Tandoori chicken and biriyani was excellent and the friendly staff (family run business) made it completely worth it! Would love to visit again one day.
