This was a very good Indian takeaway.I would have gotten an Indian on a regular basis. Recently it was taken over and the food has gone down slightly. Less meat in the dishes , lots of sauce and it's gone bland.Im going to avoid it for a while and start the hunt again for a place that's authentic and flavoursome food.Pity this was one of the better ones.

We had a wonderful night in this wonderful restaurant. Our server Aayush was very helpful and considerate regarding my dairy allergies and went to a lot of trouble to ensure everything I ordered was dairy free. Exceptional service and wonderful ambience, food and wine choices and even desserts. I would definitely recommend.Hi Selaginella, Thank you so much for leaving a review after your recent visit to Pickle. We are delighted that Aayush was able to help you with your dietary requirements and we hope to see you again soon. Kind regards, Pickle.

I live in the area but never tried this place- I was looking forward to and we had the sharing menu. Honestly it was really basic and pretty bland. I think its far too highly rated. Also the dining room is dated and cramped. The waiting staff were nicejust a bit inexperienced by the looks of things. I wont be back.Hello Orphan_Andy,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We're very sorry to hear about your experience at Konkan. As you can see from our previous reviews, this is not a regular occurrence at our establishment. We take pride in the fact that we try to provide the best dining experience and reading your review greatly disappoints us as well. Visited Ananda for a fabulous dinner on bank holiday Monday. Wonderful food from start to finish. Seafood plate, duck, lamb shank and halibut followed by a dessert of raspberry sorbet with shrikhand & berries with a bottle of Nero Dâavolo all served by the lovely Sid. A wonderful dinner. Highly recommend

Vermilion is an award winning Indian fine dining restaurant in Terenure Village. Open since 2001 it has proved a firm favourite with locals and visitors alike. Vermilion was recently voted Readers Choice Best Restaurant in Dublin in the Food & Wine Restau
Had a very good night here on Saturday with friends visiting from UK. Food was very good. Can't resist an onion bhaji to start and they were delicious. I had chicken jalfrezi, a long time favourite, but also tasted companions prawn curry (lovely tomato and coconut sauce) and fish masala which I'll have the next time. Sides of naan and smokey potatoes were also good. One of the things I like about Vermilion, as well as the food of course, is that you can have a conversation without shouting yourself hoarse - a real plus when you're catching up with friends. Service is attentive without being intrusive.Still my favourite Indian restaurant.

I was given a groupon voucher for this restaurant by my nephew as he couldn't get to use it. As I hadn't selected this place myself, I didn't know what to expect and sometimes with voucher the menu as be very limited. HOWEVER this place is wonderful!! Food was very tasty and the staff very friendly but professional. Unfortunately the place was nearly empty but did seem to be doing good take out business. It is a bit of an odd location /right beside entrance to an underground car park. If you are in Tallaght and looking for good food, please give this a go

Don't know where to start with this place.......I e-mailed the restaurant as part of a surprise for my wife on our 30th anniversary. My request wasn't anything too onerous but I simply asked that they decorated the table nice with a few candles etc and I obviously offered to cover the cost. Even received a reply saying they would do it.As we approached the shabby looking restaurant complete with filthy front door I was apprehensive as I could see the entire place was empty which is never a good sign but perhaps the service would be first rate. Unfortunately not.....went in and told waiter I had a table booked. "anywhere", were his only words. No welcome, no nothing. We sat at a table and was dismayed to see not 1 single table had been decorated for us.Beside our table, the wall was filthy with grease and old food.Waiter who was wearing food stained clothing returned with menus which were absolutely filthy. He then thought it was better to disappear into the kitchen rather than even lighting the stingy little half burnt tea candle.I tried to put a brave face on things and turn my thoughts to the food. Firstly, I notice through the grime infested menu that a bottle of wine we like to pick up from Tesco is priced at £26. Not being mean but exact same wine is £7 in Tesco!!!!The food prices were extremely high compared to similar restaurants I visit every week. After Waiter hadn't bothered to show his face from the kitchen after 7 minutes, we decided to vote with our feet.I just don't see how people find this level of sub-standard service and cleanliness acceptable. Out of circa 100 Indian restaurants I have reviewed, this place comes in at about 98th.They nearly ruined our anniversary but thankfully we found somewhere else who actually enjoyed our company all evening with a nice 10 euro tip at end. Can't see this place will be open much longer hopefully and will now probably get a load of old waffle in defence. Shame on you!!!!
