Udupi prepares and serves excellent Indian food, They make excellent Dosas - the onion rava masala dosa is my favorite. They also make excellent youghurt rice, vegetarian biryani and bisbele baath. They also make ver ygood north indian dishes such as chana and bhindi masala. Recommend highly for people who want to get a taste of vegetarian food - both south and north indian cusines.

Overall, the buffet food was very good. The rice, curries, vegetables, sauces, naan, etc were all fresh, hot and tasty, A good price considerung the variety of food offered. However, the service could have been better as i had to ask for more water on 2 different occasions. The staff was also not too quick in clearing the table when I went back to the buffet line. But the service overall was ok. I will visit the restaurant again.

Ordered here for the first time and food was decent and plentiful. Price was very reasonable. Such a hidden gem in a sketchy looking plaza. I ordered the chicken kebab cubes that came with rice and salad (lettuce/tomato/onions). They also gave me a small container of hot sauce which I didn't use but it definitely cleared up my sinuses and they also gave me tzatziki sauce. I also ordered the tandoori pitta bread. When I called they asked how many I wanted. I assumed since they asked they must've been small so I ordered 2 but they were the size of a normal naan bread so I could've ordered 1. I also asked for a side of the tzatziki sauce (not knowing it came in the platter I ordered). The tzatziki sauce was good but very liquidy compared to the others I've had. And, they don't give you much of it which I'm really happy they didn't charge me the $0.35 because I could've used 2-3 more containers worth of it. I was overall pleasantly surprised as to how delicious my meal was and I definitely will be back again!
