while traveling on National highway 8 from udaipur to Jaipur , bhim is almost midway , this is a decent place to have meals , especially if it is summer mid day , there is no other cool shaded place. the food is basic and ordinary , the prices are ok , service is bit slow considering highway restaurant.

Its a quaint place to eat on way to Kumbhalgarh Fort. A good place for vegetarians. We had dal baati at many places in Rajasthan, but I must say the one we had here was very authentic. The milk based sweets are absolutely heavenly. We took some sweets with us and everyone back home just loved them. Everything we tried here was delicious, the only issue was that some curry dishes were very oily. That's the only thing you need to watch out for.

This restaurant can be used as midway stopover from Udaipur to Kumbhalgarh Fort. It is about 60 km from Udaipur town. You can get tea, coffee and meals here. The restaurant is part of Lake Alpi Hotel. There is a small Lake behind the hotel that I missed seeing during my visit and came to know about it through Google maps. The ambiance was good and if I had enough time I would have liked to stay here for longer or even spend one night here.

This place is the reason I love TripAdvisor. I found it via TA and it was simply great. Amazing "Thalis", even my 3 year old loved "Aloos" and "daal" they served specially made for him. Place is simple but staff is amazing. You don't have to worry about finding it, since it is not too far off from the temple.Please note that options revolve around set meals they serve, and strictly vegetarian options only.Simplicity and food are a great combination. Jai Shree Krsna!
