It's three years since my last review and with an updated menu it's time for another. This restaurant always exceeds expectations and I didn't think it could improve from then but with a few additions to the menu it really is now outstanding. We've always enjoyed the great food and hospitality - nothing is too much trouble for these boys - it's now been part of our weekly life since they opened but with a couple of new favourites on the menu, the food choice is astonishing for a local restaurant and the decision on what to have becomes increasingly difficult. It's always fantastic.Unfortunately, I've been forced on numerous occasions to visit other Indian restaurants in the area, not through choice, which is always a huge disappointment compared to Radhuni. This place is all you need. Eat in or take out. Don't bother going anywhere else.

Muri Indian is a contemporary Indian restaurant based in Welham Green, Herts. Muri is a name inspired by one of the finest and delicious snacks from Kolkata (or Calcutta), in West Bengal, the Jhal Muri. We serve fresh and flavoursome Indian street food al
Early evening visit after day out at nearby museum. Enjoyed potato bondas and lamb kebab starters followed by KOLHAPURI GARLIC CHILLI CHICKEN and BUFFALO SHATKORA with a sag paneer side and a couple of nans. Staff are friendly and helpful and food was excellent; a really enjoyable meal.

I have eaten in hundreds of Indian restaurants from the top echelon e.g. Benares and Tamarind in London and Lasan in Birmingham. This is competent food but itâs prices are out if step with its offering. It is not in the class of the ones mentioned above but is charging their prices. For four we paid nearly £150 and I reckon the food was worth maximum £110-120. It is a shame because it would deter me from returning. For suburban London it is expensive and it is not Michelin quality. We did not have a bottle of wine(2 glasses and beers).

We usually go to Bengal paradise but they were busy and a bit dismissive and we were regulars!Anyway couldn't fault this place same good curry as bengal but staff ultra friendly proper old school and also about 20% cheaper than bengal so we found new regular now!!

Most popular Bangladeshi/Indian Restaurant in Hertfordshire. We welcome children. Small portions can be served for them.
We ordered a lamb sag, garlic chilli chicken (vindaloo hot), chicken biryani, as well as a few side dishes. No problems at all. The food was delicious, atmosphere pleasant and at £20 a head (including a drink each) very happy indeed. Thank you for your great review James. Comments like yours give us the inspiration and make our efforts worthwhile. Hope to see you soon.

From the very well known restaurant Potters Bar Tandoori opened back in 1991, now brings back the former owners to open the new Indian restaurant Tamarind Fusion. Nostalgia at its finest. Combining special flavours from different parts of South Asia inclu
We arrived on the off chance at this restaurant on a Friday evening; having read the reviews on Tripadvisor, and we are so glad that we came. What a SUPER restaurant this is!!We were warmly welcomed, even though we had not booked, and shown to a lovely table by a radiator as the Owner spotted that one of our party was cold - that is a service you don't see very often. The food was beautifully presented and full of flavour. The portions were large without you feeling overfull. Each of us had a different dish, and each dish was just as gorgeous. We had a super time; and we were not rushed in any way. When the bill arrived, it was more than reasonably priced for such delicious food - which was also a lovely surprise. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and warmly minimalist - a paradox in itself!. Having spoken to the Owner, he told us that the restaurant has only been open for about 5 months and they are planning a whole range of culinary activities. We decided then and there, that we want to book the New Year celebrations. This is a wonderful restaurant and will be our go-to place whenever we visit Potters Bar. Just loved it!!Thank you Copperskid for a lovely review. It made everybody's day here at Tamarind. This is what we work so hard to achieve. It is really nice to hear that you felt our efforts. We always go above and beyond to ensure the customer is satisfied in every way and if something is not right then we make an effort to put it right. We'll inform you of our new years eve party in due course. Many Thanks and hope to see you again soon.
