Saffron Grill is a fine dining restaurant specialist in Indian cuisine , More than just a meal, we intend to provide an exquisite dining experience
My wife and I visited this amazing restaurant on a Saturday evening and were blown away by the standard of the food. Although I was extremely busy and there was a buffet, which I am usually not a fan of, I loved it all. We have travelled throughout India and enjoy the cuisine. We were almost certainly the only tourists there. We highly recommend this restaurant.

This contemporary Indian restaurant offers table d'hôte dining for dinner in a relaxed chic dining setting.
We really enjoyed eating here. There were plenty of buffet dishes to choose from and all of them cooked really well. The desserts were delicious and we couldn't have asked for a better example of an Indian buffet. Fresh, tasty, colourful and a great choice of dishes with sides and breads.

We loved this buffet style restaurant. I have Coeliac and every evening one of the chefs would look out for me and walk round the restaurant with me and show me all the gluten free options on offer. Delicious food and so much choice.

Iâve been coming here for 25 years every time I visit the island and Chez Ram never disappoints. The fresh caught, grilled Lobster here is simply the best Iâve ever tasted ... ANYWHERE.This place deserves a Michelin star for its simple yet exquisite cuisine. Crab Gratin is another exceptional dish and the Salade dâOurite (octopus salad) is âsensationelleâ.Thank you family Coolen for your insatiable desire to deliver the best fresh food in the region. You are the best!!

This place was supposedly traditional Creole food that the locals ate according to the taxi driver who recommended it. Although he later admitted that he'd never been there before. Another place where he was on a jolly good commission, or his brother probably owned the place. The owner insisted on reading the entire menu to us. The waitress was nice & explained what everything was & told us to eat the lot. She must've known they'd got the special expensive menu out just to rip the silly people off on holiday. Just as I thought we were managing quite well the owner came over & tried to tell us how to eat our food. First course good, second, half & half, main course YUK! Very salty curry. This was something that I'd probably reject at home & chuck it in the bin before anyone got to taste it. Finally we got our coconut ice cream & I said that I wouldn't eat mine but my husband could have it. The manager tried to take it away at that point, when I managed to wrestle it off him he insisted that I eat it. I tried it & was surprised to find that it was quite nice. We were the only people there & no wonder the bill came to over £40! I didn't leave a tip.

The main restaurant of the resort, with choice of seating indoor or outdoor in the garden, on the pool deck, or under the kiosk, serves refined Asian fusion cuisine, as well as local and international delights for both breakfast and dinner.
I have gluten free allergy and I stayed in Angsana with my husband for 10 days. The men changed everyday, offering typical meals but also French, Italian, Japanese, Asian, International cuisine. I have gluten free allergy and the chefs went above and beyond to make sure I was eating something different every day! The pastry chef was preparing something special for me every breakfast and dinner and the chefs were very careful with my allergy and I had amazing meals every day! Thank you to the amazing service too, everyone was lovely and welcoming from start to finish.
