Our authentic Pakistani/North Indian Cuisine is healthful, mildly spiced, and made with love and integrity. Tender kababs and silken curries are our specialties. We also feature Pakistani street food and desi twists on burgers & wraps. We have a large sel
We love the food at Zareen's. We're not big fans of restaurants where you stand in line to order and they eventually bring you your food but we make an exception for Zareen's as the food is so good.It is extremely popular and sometimes the line is way out the door to the sidewalk. It's also sometimes hard to find a place to sit. Most of the seating is outside. Prices are reasonable and they are pretty efficient at getting the food out and delivered to your table.

Owned by local duo, Akash and Rana Kapoor, Curry Up Now was inspired by street food popular in India and other parts of the world. Akash and Rana started Curry Up Now as the Bay Area's very first Indian Street Food truck and have now expanded to five food
Chicken Tikka in a burrito? Yes please! This was a big hit with three generations in my family. My 2 young kids and parents, my wife and I all left super satisfied with the food! The service was excellent - the staff friendly and happy to give excellent recommendations. One minor bit of constructive criticism - the music was a little loud. Otherwise it was a fantastic dinner.

We took a few friends visiting from Washington DC to Darbar since they wanted to have North Indian Food. We were very fortunate to get free street parking right outside the restaurant. Parking around the vicinity of University avenue in Palo Alto can be a challenge so allow sufficient time to find parking. We had called ahead and made reservations for 7 but had a last minute addition to our guest list which the manager graciously accommodated our party of 8. We decided to have their lunch buffet for $12. They had a large variety of vegetable dishes including butter chicken, BBQ chicken etc. For desserts they had Kheer or rice in sweet milk and gulabjamoons - round balls kind of like beignet but deep fried and soaked in sugar syrup. The food was good but not spicy at all. They did serve hot and fresh butter naan multiple times when requestedOverall a nice and reasonable priced Indian restaurant in Palo Alto.

I went there for a business dinner with Indian colleagues. I was the only non Indian person there. The food was delicious. We ordered a total of about 15 dishes including appetizers to share among 6 of us. Chicken Tika-Masala was delicious. The service was a little slow, but the food more than made up for it.
