We passed in front of it and we decided to give Puja a try. The restaurant offers good set meals with a medium price. They gave us a common table at the ground floor. Too bad. The choice of the dishes is a little poor.

Sapna (or Sapana, on their fliers) restaurant is one of those places that you could easily miss if you weren't paying attention. One of Matsubara's best-kept secrets, this small restaurant is tucked in on the edge of a residential area just west of Hannan University. They have become one of my favorite places to enjoy a quiet meal. The restaurant seats 16 diners on average, and is run by two gentlemen who have been absolutely wonderful every time I've gone there. Open separately for lunch and dinner times (11am-3pm/5pm-10pm), Sapna has corresponding menus for each set, with several lunch specials at quite a reasonable price. The food is quite filling and has excellent flavor every time. I highly recommend their cheese naan lunch set, which includes four generous cuts of cheese naan, a chunk of tandoori chicken thigh, a curry of your choice, salad, rice, and a drink of your choice. I personally prefer the keema curry with a spice level 3, followed by an iced coffee. There is no musical ambiance in the restaurant, but you might not notice because the scent of the cooking is quite a distraction. It is an amazing smell, and your appetite will only increase in the short wait for your food. The prices are quite reasonable, averaging around 1,000 jpy for many of the lunch sets. There is also a 2-hour tabehodai (all-you-care-to-eat) option that includes nomihodai (all-you-care-to-drink) cocktails, beers, or soft drinks for 3,500 yen. The seasoning in the food is always rich and vibrant, and it is an amazing deal for the price. My lone gripe is that for takeout options, the sets are unavailable; they restrict it to ala carte options.
