Fusion can happen when two different things come together .Here east meets west, In many ways one of them is Fusion Food Which draws inspiration from the cuisines of the east and fuses them with elements from the west. We also serve original and tradition
This restaurant scores on the basics which makes an evening in.the restaurant such an enjoyable experience . Ambience is apparent the moment you enter the restaurant , the staff are extremely professional , polite and unintrusive . The menu is extensive and covers most tastes and the mains of Tiger Prawns we had were first class . We started with a spicy tamarind soup.which was delicious and finished with iced coffee . A most enjoyable evening and we look forward to a speedy return . 10/10

The most vibrant, welcoming cafe on the beach front at light House beach. We are proud to be the oldest cafe here, welcoming guests since 1977.
Nice cafe on lighthouse beach. Huge menu of Indian, European and Mexican dishes. Cobb salad was really nice and huge. Soft drink menu really good....mint cucumber really tart and tasty. Chilli and garlic calamari passable. Coffee excellent...proper coffee. Restaurant up a staircase from beach boulevard on first floor and a really nice top terrace for when the sun goes down. Good place for lunch on lighthouse beach Dear Vinne! Thank you for review. We really appriciate your kind words. We try to have a good variety of dishes and drinks. And coffee! Thanks for enjoying our food, drinks and service. Welcome back.

Eaten at this restaurant many times visiting friends over many years. Super friendly welcome by Manu. Great selection of local and generic Indian dishes. Seafood especially good..prawn Kadai and the excellent local dish prawn Malabari worth a try. Tables are set up on sea wall so great view to go with your lunch, dinner or sundowner. Highly recommend if visiting Kovlam area.

Restaurant is functional for Lunch 1230 - 1500 hours/ Dinner 1930-2230 hours.
from the lovely walk to the restaurant, to the ambience where you have the sea on one side and the backwaters on the other, Bait is an award winning restaurant that lives up to its name. from service to live grills to a well balanced multi cuisine, its my favorite place for a lazy sunday brunch, I leave absolutely happy!

We had some wonderful meals at 3rd Rock the previous year, so there was no question mark about visiting again this time.Nothing much had changed. A warm welcome awaited us, they remembered us from last year. Again we loved sitting at a table on the seawall while having a few drinks, enjoying the mellow ambiance. The menu had barely changed, if at all. I particularly love this restaurant for its fish and seafood. Unlike many restaurants on Lighthouse beach, they only buy small amounts of fresh fish etc, when it's gone it's gone (plenty of places freeze unsold stuff, defrost it the next day and sell it as fresh). I had to have my favourite of Malabari tiger prawns in a fabulous coconut sauce - it is out of this world! My partner is now fully vegetarian, but hugely enjoyed his baigan bharta and dhal with chappatis - I tasted a bit, wonderful! The prawns (six enormous ones) are about INR1000, good value especially for food of this quality. Our stay in Kovalam was a bit shorter this year, or we certainly would have managed another visit.

I had pizza (fussy eater) , husband had chicken tikka masala. Both meals were plentiful and really tasty. Lovely views over the sea, although its set back from the beach. The staff are really friendly. No room for deserts. Would i recommend, yes definitely

We visited the restaurant after a difficult walk in the dark fortunately we were assisted by an employee of a nearby restaurant who had a much needed torch. My curry was very good as were the rice and nan. However, my wife had a chicken curry and asked for it to be âoff the boneâ, she was promised all breast meat. It did come off the bone but was certainly not all breast. She said the flavour was good but had she known that she would not get what was promised she would have had a vegetable curry.
