We were advised to go to this restaurant by the owner of our B&B. And he was right. Never expected that this small Indian restaurant in remote Kautaia could be so good. My daughter never had Indian food before so this restaurant was a tricky option. But it was absolutely great. My daughter had the butter chicken and she loved it.

Compared to the other Indian restaurants in Kaitaia- this was the least enjoyable butter chicken. It was more light brown in colour, and watery. The naan was quite doughy and undercooked. However, different regions have varying recipes and authough the take away was nice to eat this place has a huge variety of meals in its menu and it canât be judged as poor based on an experience of one unfavourable meal. Lovely and fast service

My Favourite Indian Takeaways/Restaurant in the world! I always go and ask for the Lamb Saga with Garlic n Cheese Naan or Butter Chicken or Lamb Biryani, I love all the dishes. Friendly polite staff Latha and Prakesh the owners are really polite and friendly as well.
