Restaurant en comida tradicional y auténtica de la India Huaraz-Ancash Perú. Apto para vegetarianos, opciones veganas, opciones sin gluten.
Paulino's opened recently and on this year's visit to Huaraz, we ate there four times. This is a great option for vegetarians and those seeking authentic Indian food. Between us, we enjoyed: onion pakora (real chickpea batter), channa masala (smooth creamy texture), chicken curry (I ordered the hottest of four levels), dal makhini (huge portion), saag paneer (the locally made paneer was appropriately squeaky fresh), raita (refreshing), cucumber/tomato salad (Huaraz has amazing fresh vegetables) and garlic chapatti (Paulino's, mysteriously sold out of garlic naan but the chapatti was half the price). Lunch and dinner are ordered off the same menu. Delivery is available. Decor is sparse as Paulino must be focussed on the food, TV features charming bits of Bollywood (even in the mountains of Peru, Amitabh Bachchan is omni-present ) and there's a nice selection of beer and wine. Visit this soon-to-be landmark before the bargain prices double!

The title says is all! Tucked away on a back street this spot is rarely busy and sometimes looks closed but donât be fooled! Knock on the door and the very attentive and efficient Indian/Peruvian owners take great care of you!The food is all you can eat but no menu, just what they have whipped up in the day. All meals are a soup starter then as much rice, curry and delicious chapati as you can muster! When we went there they had ginger and pomegranate juice too which is an amazing combo!
