Find out what Indian restaurants to try in Hsinchu. The city of "New Bamboo," Hsinchu sways like a sturdy reed under the cooling breeze that rolls from the Taiwan Strait. Buzzing with the activity of numerous science and technology universities, Hsinchu is forward-thinking, attracting high-tech companies from around the world—a charming juxtaposition of modernity and antiquity for the oldest city in northern Taiwan. Hsinchu's historic moat flows through central parks and green spaces, and the scholarly carvings on the Guan Di Temple contribute to the city's intellectual sensibility. This place is very elegant and classy. It has a great vibe as well as amazing food. The food was really well done and probably the best Indian food in all of Taiwan. I had the butter chicken and it was the most memorable of all the dishes we shared. Best fine dining for Indian food but get your money ready.

It's amazing place to have such a wonderful Indian food. Kamal is very humble, flexible, good hospitality and delivers the delicious, hygienic, Indian food according to our taste and will be delivering at a proper time. Some of my trips are with a group of 12 people even then the quality was really appreciable and no changes in the quality of the food. Having such a home like food in Taiwan will be too difficult. I feel that Kamal is doing this as a service to have a peaceful food and for us to concentrate on the work.

Tasty dishes, and nice decor. Good service. Street parking is much easier than most places in Taiwan because restaurant is on a large street with little traffic. Suggest the beef vindaloo, if you like a lot of heat. It is very good, although sometimes the beef is too tough. Mango lassi is good, as well as many kinds of naan, butter chicken and tikka masala. Palak paneer has nice chunks of paneer, and the spinach has good texture, instead of spinach puree.
