Indian/Bangladeshi Restaurant
Booked in on the 26th Feb after I heard theyâre re-opening again as they were closed due to refurbishment. This was my second time visiting Zeera and they still havenât disappointed. The restaurant was packed on the first day of re-opening and I seen big boxes of takeaways being served to some of their customers. Goes to show, everyone loves it here and the food was missed. Definitely will be back!

Went about 6pm last night for a birthday meal ,hadn't booked as it was so early but I think we were lucky to get a table as it's very popular! Friendly staff and lots of them. Modern decor, very smart. Food arrived at just the right intervals and was excellent. I like a sweetish, creamy curry but I also like a decent amount of spice. I asked if they could make my duck meal a little hotter ( when I ordered it) and it came perfectly spiced. House white wine very acceptable and a reasonable price.Definitely recommend and will go again.

After seeing on Facebook that Zainahs were ofering 50% off a 30£ takeaway me and my husband decided to order. We have only been once before and thought we would return again as there we could get our Indian half price. The food is lovely and the staff are very friendly. We had to wait a little longer than was told but that was understandable as they were very busy. Can't fault the food or service at all the price is a little more expensive than other Indians we have been to but overal I cannot fault the place. We had a lovely takeaway thanks

Called on a Sunday night, place was quiet, but it was only 5pm!. We were offered the Sunday special at £9.95. What fantastic value for money. You can choose from a starter, main and either rice, chips or nan. The food was lovely....one of the nicest Vegetable Dhansak I have ever eaten. Service was perfect.

I have just dined with my two children 10 and 7 who arent very adventurous with food, but the owner went above and beyond and made us feel as thou we were family, she was attentive and was brilliant with my children which made dining so much easier as we all know kids get bored easily and act up, not here, not tonight as the atmosphere was 100%, the food was amazing 100% and the service was outstanding, will definitely be going back, thanks for having us!!!

We are a couple taking a short break in the area and fancied a nice "Ruby Murray", so after a number of recommendations inc Tripadvisor finished up at this restaurant. Cannot fault the experience, service levels were good with attentive staff and owner. As with most Indian restaurants it depends on chef as to how spicy and intense the flavours are but his food was certainly within parameters and for taste his Vindaloo was probably one of the best I have eaten, possibly a little more heat for my palate.Would certainly go again.

We had passed this place a few times and seen the excellent reviews on Trip Advisor so when we were invited to a family meal out it seemed a good idea to try it. We were not disappointed, the decor is clean and modern the service very good all the staff were friendly efficient and courteous. The food was very good, I had the chicken butter korhai? Which was a special others enjoyed a dopiaza, a korma, a biryani all were enjoyed. The bill was as expected and we will definitely return to sample more of the menu

Over the years I have found it hard to beat a local takeaway in st Asaph for a tikka wrap as I donât often feel like a big meal for one, last night after a long drive I fancied another but queensferry was too far to keep it hot while st Asaph was a drive further on so thought Holywell, never been here before, 10 mins from home ordered a large tikka in a nan rolled up, got it home & still hot, well I know people call it a snack but to me it was an absolute gorgeous snack & large they called it - I called it huge, but the nan itself was as they should be - really well cooked & the filling of chicken tikka, onions, mint sauce, salad stuff really was the tastiest I had, front of house there was a young lady who was so cheery & welcoming & the gent too, invited me back to try a curry - one things for sure - you bet I will be too, see you soon

First time at the Raj. They were short staffed but this was no problem. Service was friendly and fast. Good chutney tray with papadums. Nice starter selection. All had different mains. Great taste and decent spice. Would recommend.
