Popped in here during a two-night stay in Harrogate. So glad we did as it was one of the best buffet meals weâve had. The poppadums were served with a large selection of sauces and chutneys. This was followed with mixed starters before diving into a wonderful selection of chicken, lamb and vegetable main dishes. On return to our table a tasty nan bread awaited. Really tasty and with four beers it all came to £41

We had a great evening at Cardamon Black. Great food and super service.A few things would improve the wonderful food. The biggest change would be the tea light warmers used elsewhere or bowls that keep the curries hot. The food went cold mid way through the meal. The pickle portions to go with the poppadums are tiny too.Overall though brilliant food.Thank you for you review, and suggestions, and thank you for dining with us! Sorry you feel your meal went cold half way through dining, but we appreciate the ideas to keep food warmer, for longer. We have used tea light warmers in the past, but our customers were not satisfied, it has been at least a couple of years since we last had any complaint regarding the warmth of the food served, but we do take every suggestion very seriously. As for the pickle tray: The first pickle tray at CB is free to all our customers, unlike other restaurants we do not charge for it, more can be subsequently ordered, if wanted. Thank you for your compliments regarding the food, we hope to see you again soon!Best Regards,Nick RahmanMD
