We have tried biryanis around dublin and this place have the best biryani so far. We always order delivery from this place and their prawn biryanis are our favourite so far. Even with my 3yo. They only lost a star because their delivery can sometimes be slow at peak times.

Yesterday I had dinner at Afghan Grill House Dublin.Venue and Decor was just ok but lots of free parking was there.Big family hall was not well warm rather uncomfortable in rainy windy weather.Cutlery ,Napkins and plates are given as they are rare to be found in the world .Food is wonderful and spicy and reflect Afghan Cuisine well.Hot fav are Afghani Pulao(Rice),Charcoal Chicken and Tikka boti.Huge Naan (traditional bread ) satisfies hunger well.By and by its a good Halal Muslim food option at least.

Had a very good night here on Saturday with friends visiting from UK. Food was very good. Can't resist an onion bhaji to start and they were delicious. I had chicken jalfrezi, a long time favourite, but also tasted companions prawn curry (lovely tomato and coconut sauce) and fish masala which I'll have the next time. Sides of naan and smokey potatoes were also good.One of the things I like about Vermilion, as well as the food of course, is that you can have a conversation without shouting yourself hoarse - a real plus when you're catching up with friends. Service is attentive without being intrusive.Still my favourite Indian restaurant.

I live in the area but never tried this place- I was looking forward to and we had the sharing menu. Honestly it was really basic and pretty bland. I think its far too highly rated. Also the dining room is dated and cramped. The waiting staff were nicejust a bit inexperienced by the looks of things.
