A family owned restaurant in the heart of Cambridge serving fresh Asian cuisine run by Raja Aminur Rahman
One of the worst places we ever been to eat. Rude staff and very disappointing meal. They use the same base for all the curries, which is overpowered by coconut, the grill mix is a disaster, they forgot one of the dishes and waiting was long. Really disappointed! Not recommending to anyone!Raja cooks and prepares all of its dishes freshly. Iâm sorry to hear your experience. This is very rare for us. We always aim to please all our guests. We never get called rude. All my staff are trained in the highest level of hospitality. Iâll be honest with you, Iâm pretty youâve left your review in the wrong location. We donât have any dish on our menu called mixed grill. Please if you can double check the location of your review that would be helpful. Thanks for your time. Raja is here to please all its guestsThanks

We went to this restaurant tonight due to the website stating that they had vegan options. One main and one starter plus one V/A starter isnât really âoptionsâ. Plus food was average at best when it did arrive. A real shame as restaurant itself is very nice and staff pleasant enough.

We ate at the Tiffin Truck at lunchtime so wanted just a light meal. The atmosphere was lively, all teh staff very friendly and the service good. Being vegetarians we had the Vada Paav, Bun Tikki and shared a portion of Cocktail Samosa. The decor could do with a refresh and the menus could do with a good scrub but all of the food was absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced. We will come back!

This restaurant is perfect if you fancy really good quality food at a very reasonable price , having looked at different indian restaurant options in Cambridge we chose this based on the ratings and location .We were not disappointed, the food quality was perfect. This rates very highly for me due to the menu choice .My wifeâs starter was amazing (Samosa Chat) i decided on a Dosa as its not very often you see this on a menu. Main course i would recommend the Lasooni Murgh , it was absolutely beutifull . 2 starters,2 mains,2 rice naan bread and two drinks £44. Amazing value

We serve the finest Indian food in the town. Our professional team of chefs gained experience from authentic Indian kitchens in India to Taj group and few highly noted restaurants in London.
We visited on a friday night for the 7 course tasting menu, and it was fantastic! All the courses were superb, particularly the chat and the monkfish! The service was excellent also, very warm, helpful and attentive. There was a bit of a hiccup with the chicken during one course, which was swiftly rectified and profuse apologies were made; the staff couldn't do enough for us to make it up, throwing in an extra course for us both on the house, and remaking my chicken plus accompaniments completely and giving us a discount on top of this.We were spectacularly impressed at the way they handled the mistake and the level of care they showed to us was fabulous.I cannot recommend Navadhanya enough if you are looking for a great hidden gem to dine at in Cambridge, and an extremely great value and delicious tasting menu!We loved it.

We are blessed - or maybe that should be "cursed" - with dozens of Indian/Pakistani/Bangladeshi restaurants in Cambridge. Many are not really very good. This has become our favourite, even though it's a long trek across town for us. It has fresh, interesting food with decent service.
