On our last visit we thought the food quality was excellent even though we were "pushed off our table" to accommodate new diners. It's a busy restaurant and essential to book.Again service was good, but too efficient, hovering to take our order quickly and pushing to replenish drinks, snatching the desert menu away when we couldn't eat any more, and very responsive when asking to pay. Not relaxing and I'm sorry to say the food was only good, not excellent. Had better.

he Maharaja Restaurant in Chipping Campden creates freshly cooked Indian Cuisine using an exotic blend of spices and flavours from a variety of regions throughout Asia. Our menu combines a fusion of both traditional Indian favourites such as Korma, Tandoo
Although the food wasnât bad at the time, I suffered terrible food poisoning. Reading reviews I see another person suffered the same night as me and another review showed the same but has since been removed. The hygiene rating for this restaurant is poor. Never again!

This is an Indian Restaurant in the rear section of the Volunteer Inn and serves fantastic food, which is amazing value for money. Staff are very helpful and efficient.
We enjoyed a few good nights in this local pub. Unlike the other touristy places in the village. This was used by local workers and locals. A really good atmosphere , and on hot nights a large comfortable beer garden. The bar staff were very friendly as well

How this restaurant doesn't have 5/5 is beyond me! Service was excellent and the food even better. Hands down the best curry I've ever had and had my fair share so far. We had bottle of wine, which waiter helped us to choose and a chicken organ Josh and a dopiaza and they were both so flavousome and tasted so fresh with herbs and spices. Even the popadoms were light and dips really tasty Best bit was the bill at the end was extremely reasonable. We will 100% come here again and hope it's just as good next time as this time.If only they delivered outside of evesham
