We passed this restaurant while walking around Bergerac's historic area, and tired of "regional cooking" after more than 2 weeks touring southwestern France, we returned for lunch. We were very glad we did. The restaurant was excellent, especially the homemade flat breads, very puffed up when fresh from the oven. We've eaten at many "Indian" restaurants in the U.S., as well as Spain, England, and Ethiopia, and the Jardin de Kashmir was among the most enjoyable.

I visited this restaurant for the third time and found that it had maintained its good standards. The food was good and the chef accommodated the level of spicyness that I wanted for my selected dish (spicy but not too hot). Service was good. By the time I left the restaurant there were no tables available. The word must be spreading about the quality of their food. It would be worth reserving your table for a Saturday evening. The restaurant also does takeaway.

Bonne table avec de bonnes saveurs, des plats bien présentés avec plein de parfums.Très bon accueil et cadre agréable.Petit bémol, un petit peu cher.
