This restaurant is located right opposite to ST bus stand of alibaug and also at corner where you book tickets fro ferries from alibaug to Mumbai. Tbey specialize in seafood. They had other styles of sea food as well like chinese, Indian, konkani etc. Their service was quick. Food was tasty and at reasonable rates.

This was the closest good restaurant that we had to our resort Radisson and we visited this for lunch on our way back to Mumbai. It had just finished renovation and it was their first day. There was a large group of families - 20 strong who had taken up the AC area and created a racket. Nonetheless, the staff were very accommodating and took our orders and managed to set us as well. The food was simple and delicious without too much oil with each dish adequate for more than one person. Only downside is that it is pure veg, but for veggie lovers, this is a good place to dine.

I visited this place with the family. We were 8 people in all ranging in age from 81 to 7 and had spoken to someone at the restaurant and whatsapped our menu options around 15 minutes in advance of our arrival as we had heard service was a bit slow for more elaborate dishes. Our menu options were relatively simple with 4 orders of traditional thali peeth and a couple of orders of hummus and bread. We ended up spending over two hours at the restaurant and had to remind staff of menu choices at times. We had to wait for well over and hour and half for some of the orders to arrive and when they did, we had a long strand of hair in one of the thali peeth and there were other errors like the fruit, honey and ice cream arriving without the honey and plain yoghurt instead of the raita. Extra bread ordered with the hummus platter arrived long after the hummus was finished. We didn’t receive so much as an apology for the hair or the delay. All we kept being told was that there were two many customers. My suggestion to the establishment would be that if you cannot deliver a minimum level of service above a certain number of guests, it would be better to turn people away than to accept them and then provide a rather negative experience.

We had heard about the place but the location was far off so never thought of heading here. Then the occasion arose when we were staying near Mandwa so this was a natural place to head to. Ambiance - 5/5Given the heat, I had earlier booked indoor seating but instantly realized my mistake. The indoor seating is small and frankly, sad. While the outdoor seating overlooks the sea and is brilliant. They've put these giant sprinkler fans which make it pretty easy to sit in the heat. The place is shaded with bamboos and the floor has a rustic appeal. They have variety of seating to choose from. Super like.Food/Drinks - 5/5What took me instantly was the availability of fresh juice cocktails - that's always a sign of brilliance lurking around the corner. And so it was! The melon-cucumber Sangria was a hit. I personally loved their martinis - sugarcane, watermelon and strawberry. The food was good as well. Chilli naan was nice find. Veggie burger was a bit too overstuffed though. We loved the pizzas! The sizzling brownie scores but the mud pie is a little too sweet. Service - 5/5Another score for them. There were several servers but no confusion. Everyone was ready to please and offered to make all sorts of customizations. Ever smiling and extremely courteous. Can't ask for more. Price - 4/5A bit on the pricier side. But guess it's because of the location and other things. Worth thinking of coming here from Mumbai if you live in the town. Pretty easy to get to with a Ferry/speed boat. Kudos!

Service - I would give a 4.5/5 to the courteous staff. Extremely prompt and pleasant to talk to. Though the only area of improvement is their English pronunciation and building the confidence to make small talk with the guests. Food - 3.5/5 buffet and 4.5/5 for the a la carte dishes. Excellent quality of paneer and the pasta was well made. The buffet spread for Sunday dinner had its share of lows. The pasta in the pasta salad was cooked a bit less than al dente and the veg bullets and peanut tikkis could’ve been freshly fried like at a live counter rather than on the buffet. Ambience - I would give a 4/5 to the ambience, excellent decor, comfy chairs and well-regulated temperatures in the dining area.
