Breathtaking lake views from the dining area in a quiet, relaxed and grown-up atmosphere. Friendly service. Prices reflect the quality location but not the food which was slightly disappointing and rather average for the price paid. Had a dinner for two without reservation (which is obviously not necessary on a weekday, only three tables occupied including ours). The menu contains traditional restaurant food, not too much, could be a liitle more for better selection options. The food was very delicious and the service very professional. Prices are ok, but comparatively high for a restaurant outside of Zurich. Nothing wrong with it, but you should be aware of this.Dear PefisThank you for your rating. Restaurant business has become a difficult, one evening it is empty, the next full house and it is also vacation time at the moment. But we are always happy for reservations, so we can also plan better what is expecting us, but we also welcome every spontanious guest happily. We only have a small menu so our guests can always be sure to get fresh food, and because we prepare everything "a la minute" and do not work with convenience, our food also takes more effort, care and time to prepare which also gives you the answer to our (not too high) prices. Our service is professional, you get a nice, spacious table and always a "amuse bouche". I thank you for your compliments and try to explain where the costs com from. We had a pleasant lunch here on their beautiful patio overlooking the lake. The service was friendly and efficient. The food was quite good as well. This is not an inexpensive lunch (or dinner) place but it's classy. If you want the same view but a lot cheaper, between this place and the lake is a cafeteria style cafe with limited selections. We went for an early dinner so were able to get a table without booking. This restaurant is not large but is obviously popular so I would recommend making a reservation.Other than pizza and pasta the menu is fairly limited, a couple of meat dishes, same for fish and for specials.As we sat there we saw many customers come in for take-away pizza. Depending where one sits they can be a nuisance and the staff had trouble getting past them for much of the time. They needed a separate window to the outside for pizza orders and collections!Although this is an Italian style restaurant, we didn't notice anyone who spoke Italian.There is a good selection of wines on their list and service was fine.

Location: You cannot find much better views towards the central alps. If you get a nice evening the sunset is just breathtaking.What a nice surprise though when you go inside and want to eat, because: the outside resembles more of a YMCA and the staff is also very very young. But looks can be deceiving. The food is very good, very creative and the service extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended and i hope they will be successful (it seems they are).
