We recently had some business in the Poconos to attend to. We visited the town of Stroudsburg. Saw a good crowd of folks going into the Cure Cafe and decided to try it. They have a varied menue and we were very pleased with our selections. The place is not big but very clean and and service was outstanding. I believe they only do breakfasts and lunch, no late dinners.Thank you so much for taking the time to write such a lovely review!!

Enjoy our eclectic cuisine in one of the best restaurants in the Poconos. Freshly prepared items all made in house are offered on our diverse menu hand selected by our chef. Outdoor seating is available on one of our decks by the creek. International wine
I ate here back when I lived in Stroudsburg but haven't been back in many years. The restaurant was still very good. We both had the cream of mushroom soup and some vegetarian entrees. It's nice that they have veg/vegan options. The rest of the menu looked good, too. Our server, Christina, was nice and just attentive enough. The house Chardonnay was also good.

Middle Easter Restaurant Offering Vegan and Vegetarian Options.
It was very hard to pick from the menu. There were a lot of good choices. We had baba ganoush, spinach pie, beef turnover, salad, beef kabob (one skewer is a lot of food), and the highlight: fool moudamas. Everything was delicious and the mango juice was refreshing. I can't wait to go back to try the fried cauliflower, lebneh, and moujadara. The place is big enough to eat-in, even have a party. The service was quick and the owner seems more like a host than a business owner. We will be returning soon.
