I visited Magnolia Cafe with my niece, we had a cold bottle of water as soon as we arrived, then ordered fish and chips as itâs the specialty on Fridays. It was delicious!! Perfect batter and nice chunky chips, itâs served with homemade tartare sauce and minted peas. We ate every bite! I would definitely recommend. THANK YOU!!! I see you again soon Emma ;)

What a delightful and unexpected visit to this unusual, possibly little known, restaurant.Just on the outskirts of Hossegor this small business has evidently been in the same family for many years.We pulled in here requiring a simple lunch, possibly plat de jour style, which was available but finished up eating off the a la carte menu and had a superb meal. Whoever is the chef should be complimented as I had the best fish dish during our stay in this area, some nine days, everything else provided also good quality, including wines from the simple straightforward list available. This was such a genuine pleasure and proves ,once again,that quite often small is best when selecting where to eat. Pleasant helpful staff added to the experience.

A really good thing with this place is that it doesn't close their doors at 2 PM, like most lunch restaurants in France. So you don't need to rush and/or adjust your plans (to have lunch too early) in order to get some good-tasting healthy and hearty to eat.A small con is that the space for seating (eat-in) is limited, but that is easily solved with take-away, allowing you to eat where you please.

This place was recommended by our Airbnb host. As expected, it looks like a typical surfer hotspot. When we visited this place (there werenât many to choose from), we were surprised to know that it was âQuesadilla Sundaysâ. We were given 2 options, either chicken quesadilla or veggie. The premise is great in terms of restaurant operations strategy. You have minimal waste due to this. Now, let me get back to their food, it was actually great. It tasted good, the service was excellent. I would have given 4 stars for more menu options as single menu themed service just doesnât do it for me. Iâm talking about the food, their cocktails look amazing though!

We called in whilst the Fete des Chipirons was being celebrated and they had a special menu available.Mrs I&G had the Chipirons (squid) and I had the Merlu - both dishes were tasty and beautifully presented.We had the "deconstructed crumble" for dessert which was fabulous.The service was excellent and the superb sunset topped the whole thing off. Very good restaurant.

Fresh fruit juices and simple food with great taste, and almost everything on the menu also comes as a vegetarian option. Modern decoration, hammocks and a large terrace offer the perfect environment for a quick bite!Tip: the assiette landaise is great for apéro (and largely serves 2!), have it with one of the locally brewed beers.

If you go to Hossegor and want a coffee, it is mandatory that you visit Waxed. Fantastic coffee. I am vegan so the Oat milk option for a Flat White was an oasis in a cows milk landscape.I had the Avodaco Toast and it was great. This is a must visit cafe. Also cool staff.
