The city of 420,000, just 75 kilometers from São Paulo, features a seven-kilometer stretch of beach divided into just as many social cliques as you'd find on Ipanema. A verdant promenade separates the beach from the seafront condos and hotels, along which families and friends walk, amble, bike, skate, rollerblade, throw frisbees, you name it. First of all, DO NOT EXPECT a crepe bretonne. For me, the name creperie should be reserved for the French or really Breton crepe. Thin, made with sarassin flower. Unfortunately in English speaking regions and in Holland and Germany it has become common to refer to pancakes (thick wheat flour soggy) as crepes. In Santos the Creperia da praia has its own take on the concept of crepe. This is neither a crepe bretonne nor a pancake. But the result is not bad at all. I wouldn't quite know how to describe it, but I do recommend giving it a try. For a light and cheap meal in a simpel but sympathetic environment this is a great place, well located near the boulevard in the centre. And when I say light, I don't mean small - the pancakes are quite considerable.

I tried this restaurant for the very first time. It was recommended by friends. It was a amazing surprise. The menu has a good range of variety since salad, meat, fish, veggie , chicken til seafood. I went with my family including my twin grandchildren . Everebody tried a diferent dish and everybody loved it. The appetizer was buschetta with buffalo mozzarela, marinated tomato, olive oil and basil in a berth of italian bread slightly toasted . Delicious! I ordered San Peter Fish with grilled sweet potato and brussels sprouts. Very good! I really recommmend Yê . Surely I 'll return soon...

es un lugar con una gran variedad de platos a escoger, con una presentación impecable y su sabor delicioso. Hay opciones desde ensaladas varias, pescados desde en salsa hasta sushi, carne de res y cerdo en diferentes presentaciones, pastas, arroces, comida tÃpica brasilera .... al final del bufete pesas tu plato. Y también tiene varias opciones de postres. También tienes la opción de ir, comprar y llevarlo a casa. El local brilla por su limpieza y por la esmerada atención de sus personal.Volvere mil veces !!!Muy recomendado.

Wonderful food, great service. An excellent place to stop while on your way to the beach, or when going back to São Paulo from the beach. Cut your road trip in half and have an excellent meal. You can even call to order on the way, as we do, and have your dinner or lunch waiting for you. The only reason that I don't give it all five starts is because of the simple decor.
