Enjoyed an excellent lunch of vegetables and produce grown on the farm or very nearby area. You can really taste the difference of fresh, clean, vegetables cooked very simply. The dining room itself was lovely, overlooking the farm, and the hosts were so gracious and very friendly. The brown rice was very special. We bought some to take home. It was a perfect lunch, especially if you are staying at any nearby ryokan and saving room for dinner. It was an easy 15 minute drive away from Kurokawa Onsen.

Just try the tasty combination of 3 types of curry, white rice and side order of pork cutlet. Sure to fill you up and reasonable price too.Friendly cozy cafe with queues, so come early or be prepared to wait.Rice at Yen1290 pork cutlet extra 500.Good friendly service.

Though out of the way from tourist information Centre , it provide free shuttle service . Nice set up with good view . Can get Juwari soba which is 100 % buckwheat for those gluten intolerant people . Basashi is a bit tough . Service is great . Though not much English is spoken Overall good place to go
