Sir Hummus brings the real Hummus experience to Amsterdam. We serve Hummus in the traditional way â as the main dish, with lush toppings, sides and fresh pita bread. Served just like in streets of Jerusalem - our Hummus is warm, super fresh and fluffy, no
Took the family here for something different and we all really enjoyed it. It was seriously informal (you have to clear away your own dishes...), but the quality of the food was excellent. Unfortunately our children now want this type of hummus every day...

We are specialised in omelettes being the first and only omeletterie in The Netherlands.
On a Sunday morning the queue outside stretched down the street, with is a clear testament to the place for breakfast. Thereâs menus available outside on the street to decide while you wait and the queue went surprisingly quickly. The menu is really extensive. Every variety of omelette is offered but if you are struggling then the âconstruct your own optionsâ are available as a backup! As well as food thereâs a good choice of drinks, including vegetable smoothies, which are all offered in a variety of sizes. The kitchen is completely open and itâs interesting watching the team work from the two chefs who prepare all the dishes. As expected the whole restaurant was very busy and every single member of staff was rushing about. This meant that the level of personal service wasnât where it could have been, and the wait for drinks was excessively long. Despite this everyone was friendly enough.Size of the food portions was great for the price and the quality was superb. Everything was really tasty, clearly fresh having watched the preparation and really flavoursome. Presentation was good too and despite it only being an omelette thought had been applied!Atmosphere was great, decor was nice and everywhere was clean too. Our table in the centre of the restaurant was a good size for two people but no where felt like it would be cramped. Overall itâs one of the most enjoyable breakfasts Iâve had and Iâd certainly return. Itâs popular for a reason and thereâs plenty of options on the menu to prevent it getting boring. Itâs just a shame that the service didnât quite match.

Welcome to Wicked Waffles (formerly known as Brunchroom) We serve the best freshly baked waffles of Amsterdam with over 30+ toppings to choose from. We have classic waffles, vegan waffles and even gluten free waffles. See you soon!
I visited with my girlfriend as we had seen that they do Vegan waffles. We didn't really enjoy our experience unfortunately. Compared to other waffles and pancakes that we had in Amsterdam over our holiday, we didn't think that Wicked Waffles was as tasty and of as good quality. We also thought that it was too pricey for the experience, food quantity, and service that one receives. Before paying, I saw a sign saying that you could get 10% off your food if it was your birthday... ironically it was, without knowing this before arriving. I thought that's a nice little gesture. My ID was thoroughly checked, but I only got 5% off my food bill as despite taking my girlfriend for breakfast, she wasn't included in the deal which I thought was a little naff. Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend this as a place to eat.Hi Andrew,Iâm so sorry to hear that your experience was a disappointing one. Thank you very much for giving it a try though. Your feedback is valuable to us and Iâll make sure to discuss it during our next team meeting. With regards to your 10% birthday discount; itâs a small gift from us to you but as you correctly stated, itâs only applicable to the guest who is actually celebrating his birthday with us.Alternatively we offer 5% on a bill of two guests, 2,5% on a bill of four guests, and so forth. In the end, the birthday boy or girl does get his 10% either for himself, or divided over the entire bill. Again thank you for trying us out and best regards,Steven

We went along to this place at 11.30am and there was a queue of people waiting to go in! So we waited for half an hour in the rain but it was worth it when we got in!Service was fast and super friendly and the food was just amazing!!I had the Farm Boy with extra jalapeños and my wife had the Dutchie again with extra jalapeños. She had a apple mimosa and I had a bottle of beer. Altogether it was â¬32. Really great food, really worth the wait!

Despite having now been a local here in Amsterdam for several months it is always a delight to discover new, little-known gems that provide healthy (yet tasty) treats and BOY did Juice by Nature provide. Upon entering I was greeted with a myriad of options and found it difficult to make a decision initially. In the end I went for their vegan cheeze wrap (made with a nut-based vegan cheese) and a âextreme greenâ juice which were both divine. This cafe is a hidden gem considering itâs location, seems to cater to all - providing vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and nut free options to suit - with friendly, knowledgeable staff and a relaxed atmosphere. Iâll be back. Hi delvacozi, Thank you for your wonderful review of our healthy cafe in Amsterdam! The vegan cheese is a popular seller, maybe next time try the vegan cheese board. Great to hear you are a local and hope to see you back again soon!Kind Regards, Paula Cathersides
