Great restaurant, everything is made fresh. We had the foie gras and the salmon with leeks for appetizer, and amazing sea scallops cooked to perfection. A creative cuisine inspired, between flavors and harmony texture. Wtih a preference for french and local products, all to ensure an enjoyable moment for you in lovely place.
The menu provided several options including great variety for vegetarians. The chef is very creative in ingredients in addition to presentation. There was candied lentils for dessert! Overall, fun dining experience.

New owners, Lise and Eric took over during Summer 2019 and have transformed the St Hubert into St Saturnin's best eatery by some margin. The theme is honest, traditional food in the Provençal style, prepared to a high standard. Menus here change weekly, and typically have a choice of two starters, three mains - one veggie, one meat, one fish, an optional cheese course, and two desserts. On our recent visit, I enjoyed a starter of creamy smooth chicken liver paté, with a port reduction, served with crusty bread, while my wife had a mushroom velouté. We both took the lamb main, with locally sourced lamb, falling off the bone, served with figs and polenta. We finished with crème caramel with cardamom. All very enjoyable, and no complaints. While husband Eric runs the kitchen, Lise and her team front of house are very friendly and attentive, keeping the customers happy. A good selection of the excellent local wines are available at reasonable prices. I hear the beer selection is also good, though I have yet to try these. In their short time at the restaurant, Lise and Eric have attracted a loyal following among the local residents, and word is quickly spreading round the area of St. Sat's new best kitchen. We welcome them to the valley, and look forward to our next visit.Dear Rick, thank you a million for your utterly kind words. We look forward to seeing you again in the near future.
