Serving amazing breakfast, lunch, to go and catering options. Join us for breakfast panini's, burritos or biscuits and gravy. Then take lunch for your adventure. Select from our large menu of wraps, sandwiches, panini's and salads to dine in or take away.
The menu has many choices but I chose the wrap with only fillings I would like and it was okay. A warning to parents with kids expecting a plain hot dog is that it will be slightly fancy as in they slice the hot dog in half and the bun has poppyseeds on it. Another warning is that all meals came with a tiny bit of dessert, in our case it was cake. The food was served in paper dishes and in paper cups which is wasteful compared to using real dishes.

A great find in Moab - Asian fusion with a Vietnamese zing. Pleasant buzz in the room but a 65+ couple could carry on a conversation easily. Best of all, wonderful waitstaff Sommer and Kristy made sure that I could eat delicious food despite being unable to eat onion and garlic. Generous serves, gracious staff. Weâre only here for three nights but weâll be back!!

We are proud to be serving sushi in the heart of Moab . A unique dining experience, blending traditional and modern japanese cuisine in a casual, modern setting. At Sabaku there is something for everyone. A wide range of exciting vegetarian/vegan/ gluten
I love this place. Whenever Iâm in Moab I visit Sabaku because they have probably the best sushi Iâve ever eaten. EVERYTHING is good! We like going to their happy hour because itâs all half priced from 5-7pm. This is a definite place to dine if you ever find yourself in Moab for a short or long stay in town.
