The position sitting in front of one of the most beautiful ports I have ever seen is gorgeous. Make sure to plan time to take a walk on the beautiful walkway overlooking the Ligurian Sea. Pinsotto is quality and detail oriented. The locally made beer is delicious (I had the pils) and the pizza is high quality but I prefer the taste of the more typical flour used to make pizza dough. Still it's very good.My only other suggestion is to the wait staff to be more friendly. It's not that they are rude but, unlike other Italian pizzerias, I couldn't tell whether they cared if I was there or not.

We arrived a little late at the hotel and decided to use this restaurant which is actually inside the hotel. The staff were charming and extremely efficient. We probably had a little too much to eat after choosing first and second courses, but both were very good. I suppose the restaurant lacks a little in atmosphere, this is probably owing to the internal situation although there are a few tables in the little square outside.Thanks so muchWe are really proud you have been well.Thanks also for the wonderful description of our room staff, all of them passionate guys and true professionals.I understand the comment on the atmosphere, but I'm sorry that maybe there was not the opportunity to show you our most typical and particular inside.See you next time.Mirco

Love love love this place!!! Best fried shrimps and frisheu (vegetables fried tempura style, but way better!!!) you can find in Genoa.... Impossible to park, street is dirty and full of street vendors, but totally worth it! Located just across the Porto Antico and the aquarium, great place to get a bag of food (no table service, only take out) and enjoy it on a beach in the Porto AnticoA must try!!!
