Fusta is an amazing little restaurant tucked away in the centre of Gandia. I went at 8.30 pm (early for Spain) when one or two tables were occupied. By the time I left it was full. There was no printed menu, just a blackboard saying what was available, thought this did not include everything that he waiter offered. The staff did not speak any English and I do not speak more than a few words of Spanish, but thanks to a knowledge of other Romance languages I was able to understand what was fish, pork or vegetables and as a result had some excellent tapas and a couple of glasses of very good red wine. The tapas were exquisite. I guess that this is not everyday Spanish food. The atmosphere was pleasant and the service excellent. And it was cheap! Highly recommended!

Recently a group of ladies celebrated a reunion here.What a smart choice ! The choice of dishes available on their set menu was fabulous.The standard of food , presentation and service were all superb.Some very happy diners left , vowing to return again soon

If have Visite the Restaurant twice!! It was very good. The atmosphere, the Food, Service and prices were all Perfect! At First I Tried a menue that was with the best duck I have ever eaten! At the Second Time I have taken some lamb chops from the BBC! And also this was delicious!!! I was there during my holidays and the Men Who was working their were Very helpful and comfortable!!! The First Restaurant in the City which has english Spoken personal! A very fancy and Good Restaurant and also a good alternative for all the fish served Restaurants there, with good fish dishes too, but very Special for meat!!!
