I ventured into this restaurant to meet some old friends who now have returned to Morocco after year's working in Spain. The first night when I went to Camel's was a bit of a mess up, as my friends couldn't make it and so I was sat at a table on my own ..which made me a little uneasy, as the place was so busy and I felt like 'Billy no mates' Lol ! But, it turned out amazing, as all the staff were so kind and friendly. I was made a fuss of and really enjoyed my evening. Having to return the following night to hopefully meet my mates was really a little annoying, as I wanted to try other restaurants during my stay, but again it was fantastic. The place was full and buzzing. The staff again treated me so well and the food was again brilliant. There was live music and dancing going on, all was entertaining and made me feel so at ease and slightly sozzled by the time I left ! On a further occasion, I went back and tried their Sole for main course..well I have never seen such a Sole in my life ! It was amazing, large in size and thick and tasted delicious. The place is like so many restaurants along the beach front and to be honest, if it wasn't due to the fact I was meeting friends there..I possibly would not have ventured in, but I am so pleased I did and cannot praise the staff enough - Fabulous experience.
Unless you know where Richie's cafe is, you may never find it, but I suggest you do find it as it is worth the visit. I live just down the road from it, so have seen this develop from nothing on a deserted beach, to become a very well positioned and well thought out business. Access is via the dual carriageway, just up from the roundabout in Aourir. As you reach the brow of the hill, turn right onto the dirt road. There is a sign, but blink and you miss it.The building is mostly glass and wood so it does blend in. The main area is enclosed but light and spacious, there is a top deck terrace (which I think is reserved for the in-house surf camp) and several terraces outside, leading down to the beach. There are also some pre-built sun lounging areas at the entrance, so it has been designed for you to stay all day.Inside, the kitchen and servicing area is clean and well equipped. The first time I came here was for a coffee and to watch the immense storm, but I was impressed so we came back for a lunch. The menu is good - not too many complicated things - we chose sandwiches and a juice, so nothing too heavy. The servers are attentive and happy to please - our sun brollie was a bit of a nightmare, so they came and sorted it as we saw we were struggling with it.The food arrived and to be honest, it was huge! The sandwich was basically a full baguette, crammed with filling. It also had a side salad and fries - far too much for us but we asked to take the remaining away, which was no problem. Pricewise, they are average to high but the portions are large - we saw other dishes coming out and they were all massive, so value for money is probably better than most in the area. The views are spectacular - this bay is a very pretty bay, mostly sand, with some nice surfing areas. The surf schools use this a lot so it does get busy down here.We are going to try a dinner here soon - I would recommend it as a lunch venue for sure and I have no doubt the dinner will be good too - the views will be amazing especially as the sun goes down.

We propose only fresh and healthy food according to daily market. Served through bowl presentation (Acai bowl, Buddha bowl, Poke bowl, vegan bowl...) and delicious fresh juice
Found this place by accident and so glad we did. Visited multiple times on our stay in Taghazout. SO fresh and such a nice alternative to heavy meals. The poke bowls are huge and there are way more options than Iâve ever seen in Australia! As big as a salad bowl, couldnât believe it when mine came out. You can select all your own ingredients on a sheet of paper. Service is really friendly. Canât recommend enough.

L' auberge is in a great location overlooking the fishermans beach at Taghazout. It has a wonderful expansive shaded terrace to front. The cucumber , mint, lemon juice was sooooo refreshing and their home made ginger beer ( non alcoholic) is amazing. Great for breakfast/ bruch. Lunch time salads hit the spot for me. They are open for dinner to when place takes on another dimension - with its location and lighting it is quite a romantic spot in the evenings. Efficent and Friendly owners/ staff. Hello there!Thank you so much for leaving such nice feedback! We are happy that you enjoyed the romantic vibes around, and the ginger beer seems to be a success lately :)Hope you come back soon, L'Auberge Team

Here at Letâs Be we have a strong devotion to the alignment of the body and living each day with full potential. After discovering healing from a Plant-Based Raw Lifestyle we were driven to share what we have learnt with each and every one of you through
Modest but beautifully decorated vegetarian restaurant. The dishes are crafted with true artistic flair and very delicious. I loved this place. The staff were exceptionally friendly and I left feeling significantly healthier than when I arrived. Check out the artwork on the wall made from salvaged bic lighters. I recommend this place without hesitation.
