Really great food and great staff who were freindly and helpful especially speaking english to us as we couldnt speak much french. Also great prices and nice surroundings and theme inside the restaurant. Also loved how they stamped the burger bun with the company logo...really nice little detail.

Being located across the car park from our hotel this was an obvious choice as prices were similar to Les Trois Brasseries, Courtepaille and Quick over the road. There was the added interest in that parts of the restaurant are located in ex SNCF railway dining cars attached to the first floor of the building 10ft off the ground!We enjoyed the wide variety of buffet food available and the unlimited wine or beer(Yes genuinely)Do ask to sit in the dining cars as the atmosphere is full of nostalgia especially for an oldie like me..

Not really too sure whether this is a restaurant located on a road side because that's where the owners had land or if it's supposed to be a road-side diner... We assumed the latter of the 2 and were surprised to find this a nicely decorated establishment... With barely a seat free in the house (after 2PM on a Sunday)Very friendly service, good variety on the menu and some fantastic choices of wines (Margaux and St Julien in a cafe... unreal...)The food is primarily geared towards meat eaters with a large open fire/grill in the main restaurant where meats are cooked in the open.Portions are vast... The only let down is the presentation of some of the dishes, but the flavours make up for this short-fallThis is one location that if you're driving through the region and need to stop off for a bite to eat, it's definitely worth the exit from the motorway to ease away an hour or so.Oh... And if the weather is good, they have a lovely garden area to eat in and let the kids release some of that built up energy from being stuck in the car for so many hours
