I've been here several times and I was always amazed by the meat quality of this place. Compared to the first time I've been here the size of burgers seems resized, but it still worth to eat. Remember this is not commercial burgers and you can compose yours favorite with as many layers your stomach can handle and with the favorite topping. This evening nachos which is a great starters and Boston burger with wild board, Alice sottoterra beer and baked potatoes.

I finally decided to have dinner at this steakhouse and I can honestly say the quality of the grilled meat was very fresh, tasty and good. They have recently renovated the interior and the decor is modern and relaxing. I am a big meat eater so, I decided to eat the T-Bone steak (individual portion). My steak was properly seasoned and very tasty, the side of grilled vegetables were also very good. You can also choose from a variety of antipasti and pasta's as a started and you won't go wrong. Throughout the evening the wait staff was very attentive and always around to take your plate. The wine selection is also very well balanced and it is tailored to meats. This was an overall great experience.

We came to Barrique for a lunch before visiting the Charterhouse. The best things about Barrique are the wines and the pasta, the latter is made to order in the kitchen where the chef is visible from the dining area. As such it is beautifully prepared, light and with a fine flavour. The spaghetti with nero di seppia whisks one away from winter to the sunny southern shores. In general the antipasti are good; the poached egg dish and the duck are delcious. The octopus, however leaves a lot to be desired; it was terribly undercooked rendering it pratically inedible. The coffee is obviously very good.Dear Guest, we deeply appreciated your visit and also your feedback, is very useful for an improvement. We put passion and dedication in every dish we make and we are obviously sorry if somethings didn't came out from the kitchen as it was supposed to.We invite you to come back again to check that was a singolar mistake that won't happen anymore. Many thanks, Barrique Pavia
