The goods:Check in was easy & the staff were very friendly & helpful Room was clean, well decorated, with comfortable beds (we were in the twin)Good bathroom with great shower Free parking out the backGreat location for walks (canal & river) + lots of nice shop & cafesThe not so goods:This place would have been 5* except for the noise; from the pub, the doors banging & the extractor fan in the kitchen, which was below us. Iâm not sure what they can do about most of this, although, do you need heavy closers on the bathroom door?Overall, we enjoyed our one night stay &, for the area, thought it was good value for money. The noise would have annoyed us if we had stayed any longer however

We were recommended this classy restaurant by our Airbnb host during our visit to the area from London last weekend. The atmosphere is relaxed but uplifting and the cocktails, delicious. We loved the food - the halloumi fries were out of this world. Definitely recommend a visit if you're in the area - you will not be disappointed!

As we have moved onto the same street as the pub we decided to give this place a try and we were very, very impressed. The service is absolutely outstanding, the staff were extremely helpful, food was extremely nice we were not intending to eat but from seeing other customers meals we thought we had to try it, the kids loved their food from the kids menu and we shared a Mediterranean Platter and hanging kebab which were fantastic topped off with two very, very nice Long Island Ice Tea's from the cocktail menu. Prices are very reasonable and will definitely be going back regularly in future.Hi Time, Welcome to the Haugh and thanks v much for your review , its much appreciated . Hope to see you soon. Thanks Rachel
