Disappointed of the visit, Rosanegra missed a lot of details in service and in food. I got a Bife half over cooked and half ok, and the potato side with a âcowâ figure was super dry and no flavor. The tuna tostadas had very fresh tuna but they spoiled it with excessive sesame oil. Do not order the asparagus youâll get half raw and half well cooked. I understand they want to make the most of the space but really tables in the sidewalk are super small, and you will get everyone passing beside you and some even will push while you are trying to fit in those little tables, actually several overstepped with a speaker, had to ask several times for a coat rack. Well known steak and seafood restaurant in the heart of Polanco. There are English menus available but a litter Spanish necessary to communicate with staff.The chorizo looked rather anemic and didn't have much taste. Tuna steak was fine although I much prefer it to sliced more thinly rather two huge chunks on the hot plate. Vegetables a bit dehydrated.For what I paid, I didn't think the value for money was there. I would suggest trying another place.

La vicenta is in Santa Fe. Great taste of meat all around, the special meat bends for hamburgers, the cuts and special meat dishes are really great, juicy and tender. Service was spectacular, Orlando and Victor making sure we were happy and things were good at our table. Sauces, hand made tortillas right out of the comal...yummy. We ordered the roasted in open fire artichokes, tunafish (stun enterrado), great lentil soup and amazing beef broth. I was disappointed with the smoked guacamole, it sounded different, yet when we tasted it was just normal guacamole. The steak AL TRAPO was exceedingly amazing, smoke flavor, burned right on the coal...covered in a salted cloth. Sooo good. Wine choices are great. We were not happy at all with the burger bread... better your bread baking skills please, bread crumbled too much and it was hard to eat the burger, the meat was not enjoyable with the burger falling out all over th pace, and the baguette bread also terrible and dry. Visited this place in Polanco after reading excellent reviews at TripAdvisor. Maybe we were in an off day or it is possible that we did not order well. The appetizers were good, but the steaks were just OK. Since I visit Mexico often, maybe we will give it another chance in the future to have a great meal at this restaurant.Dear Mauricio, Thanks for your comments, and We´ll be very happy to see you again !We recommend you to order our Mix Faitas with tortillas and guacamole for the next time, we´re sure you Will enjoy them.
