Reviews on Grill food in Nags Head, North Carolina, United States. With eleven miles of sand, it's no surprise the beach is everyone's favorite attraction in Nags Head. This Outer Banks town just south of Kitty Hawk offers ocean fans every sort of shoreline sport, from sailing and kayaking to snorkeling past shipwrecks or hang-gliding over the sand dunes of Jockey's Ridge State Park. Last week was our third return visit since finding this restaurant and its Shrimp and Grits! Continues to NOT disappoint!Rebecca, a North Carolina/Georgia girl (my license plate states "Grits" on it - Girl Raised in the South) who is "marooned" in Ohio! Our sympathies to the Georgia girl stuck in Ohio. Grits are Southern for sure, and when you add a really great sauce, and some shrimp.........well, the Ohio blues fade away. Glad you like us and our shrimp and grits. Cheers and bon appetit!!

I stopped in to grab a burger & fries to go. I didnât call ahead but the wait was super quick. The portion size was big and the food was delicious!!!! Burgers and fries are my fav & I eat them at many different places. South Beach To Go is definitely in my top 5 for a burger & fries now. So good and the cashier was super nice! Highly recommend!

Was my first time there with friends that make it a tradition every year to go. My fried flounder sandwich was good, my friends had the bottom skin on which was not good he was disappointed. My hush puppies were average. The raw oysters my friends had were delicious. The peel and eat shrimp were terrible. The peels stuck to the meat and couldnt peel. The server told us they had been having problems with them and offered to take back. (If they were having problems why werent they testing them?) The replacement of fried Oysters I was told were great. Wanted the crab and corn chowder and was told "oh those arent really the specials on the board we dont have" Yet 2 friends that sat at the bar at the same time got it and said it was delicious. Our server wasnt that great. The decor is fun. Not sure I would go back.
