La Cabane - with uninterrupted access to blue Caribbean Sea, is a beach bar haven. Clement and Papa Jules are designing this concept to offer guests a unique experience in the Caribbean where great memories are made. A place to relax all day, from early a
Dropped in to El Cabane after snorkelling nearby. The setting is right on the beach, walk up to the bar, sand virtually all the way. Cool swings at the bar, casual tables, and chairs with cushions dotted around beneath shady trees. A few deckchairs, loungers and a hammock make it a ralaxed place for refreshments at any time. Menu is simple but good and fresh. I had a lovely mango salad $35 Barbados, and the quinoa salad was also good though a light portion. They don't stay open too late but would be a great place for sunset with cocktails and a simple early supper.

Grandene's Bar & Bistro is a small restaurant specializing in tantalizing local cuisine and beverages. If you are seeking to experience Bajan charm, delicacies and cuisine, Grandene's is the place for you. Our opening hours are Mondays to Thursdays 10:30
If you are in Barbados you definitely need to check out Grandeneâs. The food was amazing, service very attentive and drinks were tasty. Hubby ordered the fried chicken, breadfruit pie, and vegs. I ordered the grilled marlin, macaroni pie. Everything was so good. Large portions. My pictures donât do it justice. Shane and his mom do a great job. Definitely order the Rum Sour with fresh squeezed lime juice. We will definitely be back.

Rock Net Grill looks unpretentious. Fashioned from a former shipping container this kitchen letâs its food do the talking. The menu choices will offer something for most people to enjoy. I recommend the marlin, spiced and grilled to perfection, served with steamed vegetables, sweet and English potatoes together with a side salad. It hit the spot for me after a busy day. We arrived early and were soon joined by âin-the-knowâ locals who made up the majority of the diners. Later in the season you could expect more tourists to be enjoying the fare. There is a choice of beverages to accompany the food and also the reggae rhythms keep the atmosphere humming. For those in a hurry there is also a takeaway service. Recommended.

On the west coast of Barbados with an amazing beach front location just North of The Lone star You will not be disappointed
After taking a short walk along the beach from where we were staying. We decided to stop of here for Breakfast. We ordered two full breakfasts, and 3 pancakes. The food was plentiful and tasty. The staff here are friendly and welcoming. Something we are finding less of on the west coast In the past few visits here.
