Probably the best that anyone could ask for in South Bend. Everything is done well. The staff is by far the most professional around, and if you are looking to impress someone you won't do any better for a hundred miles in any direction. It's an Epicurean haven, and you won't be disappointed as long as you have the coin. Also, get the grown up milk shake for dessert. Thank me later.
Our story begins long ago when Portuguese sailors brought with them a souvenir plant after visiting the coast of Africa. They took this tiny plant called the African Birdâs Eye Chili which was fiery and had its own distinct flavor. We bring you the same A
The chicken was sooo good! And the sauce was very flavorful. The hot and extra hot are HOT, but still have so much flavor. I love the fact thereâs a hand wash sink in the dining area, I wish more restaurants would do this. The flafel, cheese, and corn were also quite good.

My girlfriend loves this place and had been asking me to go here for a while, so I decided I'd give it a try. In terms of the food, she did not overhype it. The food was fantastic. It's a stir fry restaurant, so you pick what you want in your stir fry, and they'll make it and bring it to your table for you. The whole process is pretty quick and you'll enjoy your food. My one qualm preventing this from being five stars is the price. You don't get a huge amount of food for the price, and in my experience Mishawaka is not an exceptionally expensive place to be. This probably has to do with the high overhead cost associated with having a large variety of choices. I'll be happy to come back here again, but probably only 2-3 times a year.Clayman364, thank you for your kind review; we are happy to pass along your comments to the team here at Flat Top Grill! We look forward to your next visit! Take care!

Donât believe the outside! We came from out of town for a Notre Dame game and are so lucky we accidentally stumbled across The Pub. Fantastic food, cute little atmosphere, good music, and family owned and operated. When I say family owned operated I mean Mom/Dad and two sons, super cute dynamic. It kind of reminds me of two hippies from the sixties that opened a bar and their two sons just grew up with good music, better friends, and family being the number one priority. Do yourself a favor and stop in for a beer and a pizza, you wonât be sorry.

We heard great things about this restaurant, so gave it a go on a quiet evening. The atmosphere was great, the service was friendly and attentive. The menu looked appetizing, but turned out to be deceiving. The presentation of the dishes were also great, the flavor was flat. We ordered the treo as our appetizer, and it came out in three cute mini Dutch ovens. The contents were wonderful to behold, and then we tasted them. Disappointing flat flavor, only the meatball stood out well. And the sliced bread tasted ½ a day old. Then the entrees, the pomodoro sauce was reminiscent of a chunky marinara sauce the was as tasty as tomato water, and the âshroom pappardelle was in what seemed like a congealed melted butter. Both flat. Only the meat balls in the pomodoro had good, solid flavor. Nothing was bad, but little was notable.
