Popped in here for an evening meal. It was relatively quiet compared to other resteraunts we had visited during our stay in Banff so expectations were not that high. I was wrong. Husband had the Bison steak which he thoroughly enjoyed whilst I had the ribs. Portions were generous only complaint was that the ribs were not fall off the bone tender but still the taste was good. Service was attentive and meals arrived quickly. Worth a visit if you are in the area.Thank you so much for your feedback

Took the Banff gondola ride up to enjoy the spectacular view from atop the mountain overlooking EVERYTHING below. The Sky Bistro required reservations so we decided upon the Northern Lights buffet which was a splendid choice indeed. A good price for all you can eat high-quality fare including salmon, prime rib and salads desserts etc. extras specialty items could be purchased for additional fees but not necessary given all the options you had with the standard fare. Phenomonal views of the valley below. Fun severs who were all students or foreign gap-year students.

We visited Crave for Sunday brunch with our little girls and what a treat it was!The food was amazing and the service impeccable...There are options for all taste buds, from salmon and lobster arancini, to prime rib and eggs benny. There are plenty of desserts and the creme brulee was delicious. We were served by Oliana. She was professional and genuine.
