The newest Asian inspired buffet restaurant in Aberdeen. A buffet of authentic halal Indian and Chinese dishes in a relaxing ambience. Bookings and walk-ins available.
We booked here for a Friday night at the start of a weekend visit to Aberdeen using an Itison voucher. When we arrived at 7pm the restaurant was quiet which isn't usually a good sign but we needn't have worried. We received a friendly welcome and were shown to our table where it was explained how the buffet operated. The food was excellent, fresh and plentiful, both starters and main options. Nothing overly exciting but enough choice to please most people. There was also a really nice salad bar. Drinks and sweet options were both delivered to our table when requested and overall it was a really enjoyable experience. Would return again, even without a voucher, and hope the people of Aberdeen give it the support it deserves.

Short and sweet - came with family and partner, had 3 starters and 4 mains, fantastic price and fantastic service from Chloe - I inquired about allergen information and she responded quickly with concise information. Good savings with Cineworld cards, too. 5/5!

Came here for our anniversary dinner & really enjoyed it. Although the restaurant was quiet & it lacked a bit of atmosphere our server was friendly & attentive. The food was really good, the portion sizes were decent for the price we paid. Only complaint was that there was a bit of a wait after our main before we got our dessert. My husband said his steak was the best heâd had in a long time. The bar area was nice for a drink before our meal too. Would definitely return.

Yatai Izakaya is an intimate local eatery with a casual atmosphere, modern Japanese food that practices traditional technique while utilizing the best ingredients that Aberdeenshire has to offer. As a small independent restaurant, we have honed traditiona
My son and his partner discovered Yatai and recommended it as one of our dining venue during my recent visit to them in Aberdeen. They have always chosen the Omakase menu so I tried it with them. It is a brilliant idea. The whole table âtrustsâ the chefs to create assorted sushi dishes based on any allergies and preferences but very much the choice of the kitchen so that you try dishes you may not have attempted before. There is a set price of £35 per head. We enjoyed some amazing and delicious sushi which I would never have dared to pick because I tend to go for familiar dishes like tempura. The raw fish dishes were truly delicious. The sake is a creation of the restaurant as is the plum wine which we had to finish our meal. Both drinks were really light and flavoursome. I highly recommend this Japanese restaurant for its superb sushi and hospitality. It is a small restaurant on two levels so it would be best to book ahead.
